I had a very pleasant experience with Lizbeth at Benefit Brow Bar. I searched for a new place to get my eyebrows waxed, and since I like Benefit's beauty products already, I thought to try it. It was easy to get an appointment, no waiting, pricing was straightforward, there were no worries about where I was going since it's inside Macy's, and I felt comfortable and relaxed. Lizbeth mapped my brows, made sure I was okay with what she was going to wax each step of the process, and I will definitely go back here. It has cost me a lot more in the past, at other waxing centers and beauty salons, where I received less attention to detail and mediocre results. From all my personal experiences and research, I can confidently assure anyone who gets their eyebrows done at Benefit Brow Bar that their service is of great value, you will leave happy, and with no regrets. Lizbeth was absolutely amazing! She made sure all my needs were met, took her time, was gentle on my skin and made me feel like a king! I was referred by another friend and have no regrets. She outlines where she is going to wax and makes sure you’re ok with it before removing the hair. A facial mask is also included with the service! Good bang for your buck. Thanks again Lizabeth and I’ll be back!

I've been living in LA for a good chunk of time and finally found an amazing brow person!! Everyone at Benefit was wonderful and so kind and helpful but Reyanna did that!! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and is so talented. I even got compliments before getting to my car. Will definitely be back!

I came to get my brows done and Victoria did a great job! I loved the brow mapping service because I felt comfortable knowing exactly what they were going to take off. The shape was great and she took her time to fill them in and show me some products. I will come back again and let everyone know!
