Our management company uses Capitol for all unit turnovers. They do a fantastic job on scheduling and showing up on time. Jay is an absolute professional when it comes down to our requests.

Horrible Buisness. Super Unprofessional. Poor Customer Service. Arrived at 9 left by 4:30. Broke one of my Pictures At The corner, broke My Frame to the picture Several Hundred dollar Picture. The Mgt. Company EAH used them. I did not use them but They Sure used and abused Me & My Apt. Unit. Slackers Work Here from the Manager to the Installers to The Front Office.

Capitol Carpet provided very poor customer service and poor quality installation services for the new carpeting and wood flooring they sold us. While installing the new hardwood flooring next to the new carpeting they had laid a few weeks earlier, a flooring installer stained the new carpet with wood glue. The company had different technicians come out three different times to try to correct the problem by installing patches of new carpet. As the photos show the patched area is very obvious. The company claims (incorrectly) that we caused the stain or that it was caused by other workers - but no other workers were at the house and we did not go near the work area during the installation. The company has refused our request for a better solution than the patchwork correction they provided. In addition to the stain problem, the carpet was not seamed properly in another area (see photos). Each time we pointed out the uneven seam, the company owner stated that the seam "will eventually even out." It hasn't evened out 9 months after installation and the company refuses to correct the problem.Services: Install flooring

This guy is a joker. Sent him the exact measurements (with 1/2 foot extra on each side). They came and did not complete the closet blaming me for not giving the right sizes. Paid upfront and didn't negotiate the price and they didn't complete the work. No refund given for the incomplete portion.

I have used John for all of my flooring needs (home, rentals, work) for over 25 years now and I have been absolutely and totally Happy with the humble, grateful and constant quality service he and his company have provided for me over the years. He does beautiful work and I will be forever loyal to Capital Carpet. It is a family oriented, very accommodating, business.
