DO NOT TRUST anyone at this Spectrum store! I went in on Tuesday, and the rep promised to hold a phone and a free line promotion until Friday, assuring me that the rates would be honored. I could have easily handled this over the phone or gone in on Wednesday and someone else would have got the commission, but I trusted the store staff and chose to wait the three days, holding up my end of the deal.
Come Friday, I show up, and guess what? Both the phone and the offer are gone. The rep, instead of owning up to the broken promise, acted like they were doing me a favor by calling the manager. The manager comes out and is equally unhelpful, refusing to honor what I was promised.
I had to walk out, but not without a clear takeaway—this store's customer service is unreliable and deceptive. They don't respect the commitments they make. If you're just dropping off equipment or picking something up, fine, but anything beyond that? Be prepared to be disappointed. Absolutely untrustworthy service.

Unprofessional and lack manners and customer service . Specifically Representative that goes by the name Astrid . Had to wait 1 hour on the Q to be seen and the moment they found out they can not sell and the it’s only a service call , they literally stopped helping and asked me to leave due to “store closing” . Sylvia quoted me $60/month for my wifi and when I left the store I received an email confirmation for $70/month. Such a shame to be treated so poorly by this awful company and its employees. Insulting. Stay away if you can

We went there with my wife to upgrade her phone the staff was kind of aggravated like they don't want to be there or they didn't want us to be there they told my wife that her phone was Zero value and it was impossible to exchange it cuz it was worth nothing then returning home we check the value online and it was for a significant amount we end up going to another store and the seller there told us that probably that person didn't want to help you because she wasn't going to get much commission overall do yourself a favor and go to another Spectrum store

During my recent visit to this Spectrum store, I had a good experience with one of their employees named Anthony. He helped me with switching my devices over from Verizon to spectrum.I thought it was going to be a big headache but he made it easy. He was highly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The customer service at this location is excellent.

Anthony is the best! I went into the Spectrum store to upgrade my old iPhone. Not only did he help me with this efficiently and knowledgeably, but he also helped to significantly reduce my existing cable bill. He made my experience at Spectrum a very positive one. Thanks and great job!
