A nail-experience I will happily return to again and again!
This was my first time at Serendipity Nails. The gentleman who runs the business is funny and friendly and playful. Very welcoming. He makes you laugh! Truly an enjoyable guy.
Susan gave me my pedicure and was great! She was clean, calm, and tidy in her work. Not rushed or messy. Easy to understand her directions. Very gentle. A fantastic leg and foot massage— the best yet!
She did a wonderful job! And—she removed the old gels without soaking them in toxic chemicals. (So bad for you!) She just buffed them off!
I sat down right when I arrived! A very clean studio with pleasant decor. Bright and airy. No suffocating chemicals in the air!
Absolutely an enjoyable pedicure. Reasonable prices even! I will definitely return!

Took my daughter to try this place for the first time and it was definitely a big mistake. Unfortunately the woman who did her nails was not very friendly or welcoming. On top of that she did a terrible job on my daughters nails. They were super thick and many of them came out crooked. My daughter wanted a flower drawn on and it just looked like a bunch of dots. I really didn't want to write this review because the man who is the owner was super nice but the quality of the nails just wasn't there and I would hate for someone to pay good money for such a terrible job. I had to take my daughter to another place the next day to get them fixed so I spent double the money.

I've been going to this salon for nearly a year. It's very clean, each person there does an incredible job on both manicures and pedicures, plus they are friendly. I highly recommend Serendipity Nails.

They scrubbed my feet for literally 30 seconds, nail polish flaked off within 3 days. But the kicker is when I asked her to please scrub my feet a bit more, there was a very rude snarky response from her husband "She already did". I came from EDH, so I'm not used to such poor quality.

I've been coming here several months. I get gel fill and polish change for my toes..My nails stay on good before next appointment..They are friendly in this salon. I have done walk in and appointments here.

Should’ve gone somewhere else. I had a bad feeling after I sat down to get a fill. The technician seemed brand new. She was trying to rush me before I even picked out my colors. The owner tried communicating with her what I wanted because she doesn’t speak or know English. Because I didn’t have a picture of what I wanted, it was too complicated for them to understand when I explained it. All I wanted was pink powder and a glittery pink French tip. I was told it wouldn’t look good. The girl refused to use pink powder and said she’s paint the white powder with this weird pink stain color. She filed my nails horribly, some of my nails look like an egg. I ended up telling her to forget what I wanted and chose a simple glitter polish. After she painted my nails I saw there was a gap between the polish and my cuticles (that she worked so hard to push back). This was Friday, it’s Monday and my nails look like I got them done more than a week ago. I went by the shop today to ask them to fix it, since I paid $50(including the tip I still left her) and they’re conveniently closed Mondays and Tuesdays. So now I feel like I threw away $50 and have to have these ugly nails until I can afford to get them done again. I live local to this place and thought it wouldn’t be such a bad experience but I won’t be coming back. Your technicians should be experienced and professional, not practicing still on paying clients.

I decided to try Serendipity Nails because some friends come here and Yelp has it as top in the area...it was VERY clean the owners are here every day - he is quite a kick/funny. 2 of us had each and mani and pedi with tip all was $100. They do a fine job and I will be coming back.
