“Called Durabuilt Transmissions because the transmission in my 2016 Ford Escape was slipping recently (occasionally). They said to bring it in right away, and they would diagnose the problem. By noon, they called back to tell me it checked out, and they could not replicate the problem. I asked if they could change the trans fluid because it was at 66,000 miles and likely needed it. They agreed and did it and the diagnoses for a very reasonable price.”

“Trust this business! Bobby is an honest man of absolute integrity. I had problems with the AC condenser on our family van and the shop fixed it right away. This shop never tried to upsell me anything, went above and beyond to help us and I was treated MORE than fair on my repair. “He did a great job doing a full rebuild on my Nv 4500 in my 01 Dodge Cummins. when there were small problems with the shifter after I got it back, he took time out of his Saturday to accommodate my work schedule (which is the same hours as his shop) and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. You may not get the cheapest price in town, but the decades of experience between him and his crew, as well as the warranty he provides are worth every penny. Great guy. Highly recommend.”

James worked with my schedule to get my car assessed and found…surprise, I needed half the parts and labor! I have referred Ponderosa to at least dozen people now and they swear to be return customers. It’s hard to find a good honest shop like Ponderosa.”

“We were traveling through the area last week with our travel trailer on our way to a family camping trip at Lake Tahoe when our Chevrolet diesel truck had a problem with the fuel pump. The truck would not start. We started making calls, lots of calls. Many of the local repair shops would not work on a diesel truck, some did not have time that day, others simply did not want to deal with us-diesel truck, trailer attached, 2 dogs, emotions running high. Husband was able to get the truck started but we felt we needed to have it checked out. Somehow we hit upon Infinite Diesel & UTV. We called and Mike said come on in, he had several workers that day and may be able to help us.
Amazingly, this place was only a couple of miles from where we were. Mike was very helpful, understanding, and compassionate about our situation. We (myself, husband, one big dog and one small dog) spent the afternoon in his office with AC while his team fixed up our fuel pump. They got us back on the road and we were able to meet up with our family that evening. I am very grateful to Mike and Infinite Diesel & UTV.”
