DONT GO HERE. Honestly the worst customer experience ever. I went in to simply ask for some explanation of my fees and bill and to inquire why it was going up every month. I was immediately approached with combative behavior and attitude for my questions. As a business owner and paying for 5 lines and being with ATT over 5 years I would expect a little more respect and patience! I had nothing against the guys working just had a few questions they didn’t have to get all hurt about it!! I’d give this 0 stars if I could.

Went in today 6/18/24 to transfer the number from My Old phone to My New phone and was never once told or given the option to go to a corporate store where they can help Me at no cost but charged Me $25 dollars cash and didn’t even give Me a receipt but according to them there a 3rd party store and have to charge!! But the Manager Brian is very rude and has no customer service at all!! He shouldn’t be working with customers when He likes to be rude and disrespectful and speak over you and has the audacity to call you an lier!! avoid this store and save yourself a headache!! Business cards is not considered a receipt. He needs to be fired

Came into this store ready to cut the lines from my account after bad experience with costumer services reps and after coming into to the store and speaking with Luciano and explaining my issues he was able to solved them and even helped me sign up fiber internet. Best service ever and my new go to store for my business and would recommend it to all my friends

I am part of the t-mobile network but I came in for a quote, The manager Karla greeted me at the door asked me questions about my current carrier and handed me off to David! Let me tell you I will be switching to at&t! what I really appreciated was there sense of urgency, and transparency, and the team work that Karla, David and Luciano have when working together. A store is built on the vibe, and this store says"im fun, friendly and ready to help our customers."

After calling ATT’s retail line to confirm this location would open at 9, I arrived and waited for twenty minutes with the doors still locked and lights off. The ATT corporate rep even confirmed that someone had clocked in and advised me that I wait for another fifteen minutes, hoping an employee would eventually turn up. Poor service and utter lack of professionalism.
