“I bought a hard drive to increase the storage capacity of my gaming desktop on Black Friday. I connected the hard drive myself and wanted to clone windows to the hard drive. That caused a software problem that caused my rig to crash whenever I launch a game. I tried to fix it using advice from people on forums such as Tom's hardware. That did not help. So I took my rig to a computer store a week before Christmas. I was told that it should finish within 7 business days. I got a call from them after new year telling me that my rig does not have the specifications to launch the games I own on my steam. I knew that was nonsense because I had 30+ hours played on all my games on that rig. That shop was quick fix computer services. Never going back there again. They even scratched my case. I was really disappointed at the whole situation. My relative told my why don't you take your computer to Ace Tech. I never heard of them but I was desperate. I was actually looking at new computers and was about to give up. My experience with Ace Tech was amazing. Daniel was extremely helpful and honest. They were so considerate to the point that they offered me to take my rig on Saturday evening and bring it back on Monday without an extra charge just so that I would have it. They were able to fix my gaming computer in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ace Tech. Thank you Daniel and Ace Tech Team!”

“I have had so much issues getting into my account with customer care due to it being multi line and PUK lock out and no access to my other 2lines. Went to store to show my ID to verify who I am to update my information because I didn’t know my pin or security answer. Rene Anico helped me and call retail support and the lady on the line was no help at all straight said pin bypass denied due to multi line. So Rene went above and beyond to call other support and was able to give me back access to my account after verifying my government ID. Rene had excellent customer service multi tasking helping other customers while still trying to resolve my issue. Great job Rene”
