Everything from booking my appt to making our BBQ sparkle again was nothing short of perfection. Our BBQ must be over 7 years old and had never been professionally cleaned… it was in much need of some TLC as we use it quite often. Our technician, James, was super thorough and our BBQ looks almost brand new again! We couldn’t be happier with the results and we can’t wait to grill up something soon. I can only imagine how much better and cleaner our food will taste! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends and family!!

My Twin Eagles grill wasn't igniting so I called TheBBQHQ in Simi Valley where I bought my Twin Eagles grill and they referred me to Bar-B-Clean for the repair. The owner, Luke, came out and after some diagnostic work, troubleshooting and ordering of parts, my grill is working as good as new now. Luke was very patient, methodical and professional throughout the whole process. Also, the communication via phone, text and email regarding appointments and billing estimates was very clear and convenient. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be calling them later for grill cleaning services. - Highly recommend.

Not sure how to rate their service.I emailed them with pictures of my grill, and the repairs I need.Texted with pictures of my grill.Facebook posted my grill on their page.Maybe they are too busy to respond.Or don't need the business.

My grill had not been used for over 14 years. Bar-B-Clean brought it back to life. It looks brand new.I will say that I had a slight issue with the service and when I contacted the owner his response time was immediate. He had a tech come to house the same day that I contacted him and took care of my issue. Outstanding customer service!

If I could give more than a 5 star, I would (I always thought Yelp should be 10/10 point system like IMDb). They are a 10. Luke and Lisa are amazing, period! Greatest communication, top-notch service, really reasonable pricing unlike some other shady rip-off competitors. Let me tell you briefly what happened with us. When our grill had an issue with the fire not evenly distributed, we went for a different company at first. Not only this other company misdiagnosed what caused it, but also said "Sorry, your grill can't be fixed but we will give you 10% discount to buy new one" which we ended up finding out that so many people reported this company as fraud. We wasted our few months waiting for their response because this other company never gets back to your phone calls or emails. On the other hand -- Amazing Bar-B-Clean to the rescue! Lisa was very responsive from the beginning, always professional, and kindly put us on a cancellation waitlist when we said we would like to fix our grill before certain date that was coming up in about two weeks. We got lucky to have Luke come out on one of those cancelled spots one morning, and bam! He explained everything what was going wrong with the grill, fixed it right away, and even told us how to maintain our grill better to have its life prolonged. Very impressive knowledge, and we absolutely loved it when he said "This is a piece of art, you'd better treat it right". He is more like a magician not just a technician, comes with experiences and skills. Can't ask for a better service company like them, we will always go with them from now on and recommend them to everyone we know who need a cleaning and/or repair service on their grill! By the way, cherry on top -- We could celebrate a very special occasion just in time with the fixed grill and now we are using it almost every other day. Love to have it on these summer days!

I've had my large Weber Genesis grill since 2006. I've cleaned it periodically. It has seen wind and rain, it has survived raging grease fires, some of which I was certain would burn my house to the ground.I was using it recently and was struck by a pang of shame, that I have allowed that built-like-a-tank grill, that has been so loyal and has cooked thousands of meals for my family, to get so dirty. I'm getting older. I no longer have the energy or vigor to give it a good cleaning.So, knowing that professional grill cleaning services exist, but loathe to spend money on what seems, frankly, like an extravagance, I decided to at least look into the options.This company has nothing but good reviews. And my grill was rather down on its luck, so I called and made an appointment for a technician(?) to come out.He arrived the next morning, on time. He measured the grill, and announced it would be $300 to clean it. I am definitely not about to put in the effort to really clean it... so, ok, what the heck. Why not?About three hours later, my grill was immaculate and literally, shiny clean.Not cheap, but well worth the result. Not the least of which is the wear and tear on my body to achieve the same result.

James cleaned our 2 1/2 year old Fire Magic grill. He was very meticulous and did a wonderful job. Prior to cleaning, the starters were not functioning. Unfortunately, he could not figure out why they were not working, so the company sent out their technician, Luke. After much determination, and multiple trips to our home, it was determined that the power supply needed replacing. After Luke installed the new power supply, our barbecue is working like new. It is so clean now, we hesitate to use it, but the steaks are already thawing. It's hard to find a company these days where all the employees are personable, professional, respectful and knowledgeable and get the job done as Bar-B-Clean. Thanks again Luke, it's good to know that you are there and we can count on you should there be any problems in the future! Highly recommend!

Sean -- remember that name. I contacted Bar-B-Clean Ventura to clean, service, and otherwise repair a well used Weber gas grill. By my reckoning, it was pretty ugly. Sean -- remember that name -- came by this morning at the appointed time, and 3 hours later showed me a grill so clean and working so perfectly that I thought he just swapped mine out for a new one and didn't tell me. And I'd stick to that story except that his truck wasn't large enough to carry one away. Really a first class job, from a first-class gentleman and company. I'd recommend them without reservation.

I just want to emphasize again what a great job Bar-B-Clean did on my grill. Luke, owner of the company, came out to install two collector boxes with electrodes and then did an additional cleaning and my bbq looks like new! I highly recommend Bar-B-Clean and on top of everything else they're really nice people!

I have an 8 yr old Lynx BBQ that need servicing. After a very bad experience with a SF Valley BBQ repair service I contacted Bar-B-Clean. Exceptional in every way. Matt first came out and cleaned my BBQ. Great job at a fair price. My BBQ looked like new. I later needed to have 2 new igniters installed for my infrared searing burners. I was quoted a very reasonable price and authorized them to order the parts. Luke came out as scheduled and everything is now working perfectly. Both guys were precisely on time as scheduled, and did a great job. Easy to deal with, and efficient ladies who handle the quotes and scheduling also. I give them my highest recommendation.
