Clean and well organized, space to maneuver was a bit tight. Larger vehicles may find it challenging. Vacuum area had nozzles on both sides that were working well. Area was clean and well maintained. It looked like the monthly pricing would be the best option for those who clean 1x per week.

Went to the Simi Valley location and had my car washed. Afterwords, I noticed pine tree sap was still on the car. I asked Miguel what I could do to try to get this sap off my car. He was so nice and so helpful. He pulled out a bottle filled with a special solution and sprayed it on the tough spots of my car. Miraculously, the sap came off with a little effort. I can’t tell you how helpful this was since I had spent a lot of time trying to get the spots out with a solution I was using. He told me that the solution was rubbing alcohol. He actually let me have the bottle and do the rest of the car with a rag that he had given to me as well. I can’t say enough nice things about Miguel and the type of customer service he provided to me. Thank you again Miguel will be coming back to you very often.

Man! This place went above and beyond. I forgot my wallet the owner so nice enough to let me get my wash and come back to pay! That’s great business, not to mention the equipment and wash were A1! My car looks amazing, wasn’t too crowded. Exactly what I needed today!Services: Polishing

This place is always great and very convenient. the people at the check in line are always nice & always helpful. I recommend for a fast car wash! I showed up this time without my wallet and they don’t take Apple Pay - so instead of letting me leave they gave me a complementary wash. What a treat. Will be back.

I recently became a monthly member definitely regretting it at this point. There drive in car wash scratched the side of my new highlander will definitely have to escalate the situation. Apparently there not responsible but I'm sure with a lawsuit full of complaints they will for everyone else.

Finding a decent car wash is really hard these days. We were in Simi Valley and saw this place, LUV Car Wash looked really nice. My car is usually dirty so way not try it.We did and loved it. Everyone was so nice. The place was clean and the prices were super fair.We loved our wash and little wax, it was great.The employees were so nice. I will go out of my way to come back.

Part of LUV car wash, is great, great price, sales guy was the best. Only issue the guy directing cars into the wash was missing and then on his phone, just replace that guy and you are good to go.Price is good. The wash works well and the vacuums are great. What else can you ask for from the car wash?

This place is going downhill fast!!!The wash and dry are inconsistent. Not every jet and dryer works on a regular basis. Complaints to the office are ignored. Soap usually not rinsed all the way off. High price for the finished product.

Price just increased 20% for the basic wash ($10 vs $8), and the $12 wash (now $15). I'm not sure if it's worth getting anything other than the $10 wash. I need to check the car wash on L.A. Avenue to see if they jacked their prices up 20%, too.

Not sure if it was just a rebranding, or new ownership, but California Speedwash became LUV Car Wash some months ago. I confess that I didn't pay that much attention. While I'm working from home, Dear Hubby is out taking care of errands, including car washes.There is this LUV wash, and another on First Street. They both accept the same monthly unlimited wash code, which is convenient. This one on Madera is often busier with a longer line, so we'll go the other location.We recently caught this spot without a line and were quickly in and out of the washing works in very short order. Vacuums are free, but we were in a hurry, so didn't take that time to use that part of the facility.For an exterior wash to remove dust, grime, bird droppings, and other road- and environmental-pollutants, the monthly membership can be a really good deal. Go as often as you need. Only takes a few minutes out of your day. Your car, and your significant other, will thank you!

Quick and easy car wash. Friendly staff. Strong vacuums. Bonus air freshener. Exiting can be tight but just watch out and be patient with others.

If anyone is wondering how it's going - they are not taking any responsibility. Simi Auto Spa down the street said they always reimburse for any damages that happen on their property.
