Terrible Service. I have a bumper to bumper family and friends warranty for the life of my ownership of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every time I take it in for service it takes at least a week to get approval from the warranty company then another week for the repair if I'm lucky.

Service center: couldnt get my car in for a week for a slow leak In my tire. They were unfriendly, not a warm and welcoming place at all. They had my car for a whole day and couldn't find a leak in the tires though it was over 10psi low when I brought it in. They didn't bother to fill up the tire to find the leak when submerged. Then When I went to pick it up they said they couldn't find any problem there's nothing wrong with it so here you go. Meanwhile the tire was still 10 psi low when they gave it to me with a red light on. Nobody smiles nobody was friendly nobody was helpful nobody cared. I've taken it there twice before and had to return because they didn't get it right the first time. Ended up taking it across the street to America's tire and they had it fixed in 30 minutes and found what had been sticking in the tire. Not to mention they were friendly and helpful. I have learned my lesson and will not be back. I rarely write bad reviews but this has been very stressful.

Every single time I call the service department I get a voicemail. I'm not exaggerating either. I understand once or twice because they might be busy with a customer but every single time?? I will call back at different times of the day and still get a voicemail. Can someone please pick up the phone??

After contacting the dealer via their website regarding a Wrangler featured on the website, I got an email back from Mark Munger. I went to the dealer to talk to him and test drive the vehicle. He is awesome to work with; friendly, honest and patient. After a lot of talking and dealing and test driving a different vehicle, I bought a brand new 2019 Wrangler that Mark had to go fetch from a different dealer across town. It was a long-long day and I'm very sure that at some point the sales and the finance managers got annoyed at me and my demands. But in the end, we got the deal worked out and I'm a very happy customer. Yesterday I went back to get some extra equipment installed and Daniel did an awesome job. My Jeep is beautiful and I can't wait to take it off road and get it all muddy:-) I can't thank enough the team that took care of me including Mark, Daniel, Donna and Tom.

I just leased a 2020 Jeep . It was the best experience I ever had with getting a new care . We had the pleasure of meeting Michael, our sales rep, John the sales GM & Michael the finance manager. They are extremely helpful, professional, well informed and super nice . They went above and beyond to make sure I get my dream car! I will always come back to them for future purchases. I feel like I've known them all my life ! They backed like family . I highly recommend it to everyone looking to get a jeep . I'm obsessed with my new Car .

So I brought my Jeep in on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Kevin was super friendlly and had my Jeep ready in a timely manner! All was good! Couple days later I was on the freeway and a rock hit my windshield! I was So bummed! I called Kevin and he said no worries!! Brought it in the very next day and it was replaced within a couple hours and the price was unbeatable!! Special thanks to Kevin for the great service! I won't go anywhere else!! Great experience!! Thank you so much!!

I bought my 2015 Renegade here and have come back recently for a recall. Kevin took care of me and at the time of the recall service suggested I purchase an oil change service package, that has saved me a considerable amount of money. I am so thankful. I tell everyone I know where I bought my Jeep, I love it and love coming here, Holly and San in the service dept have also been helpful. Thank you.

Again I went back to Simi Valley Jeep and had a great experience. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was lucky enough to have Jake Chromy as my sales person. No haggling, 100% top notch customer service, kind and professional. He made the purchasing of my new Jeep Cherokee so easy and he also personally delivered the vehicle to me. I am blown away with this experience. I cannot say enough kind things about this dealership and especially the quality of service from Jake. Top notch all the way. Very impressed and very happy. This dealership is horrible. I recommend to do all research before you decide to purchase a vehicle from here. I went to see a vehicle and explained exactly what I wanted before I decided to schedule a visit. I am in the market for 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The specific vehicle was advertised on the website to be 35,500. When the salesman talked to finance he came back telling me the price on the website "was a typo" and the ticket price is 38,000!! They would not agree to the lower "typo" price even though it was their mistake. What the crazy part was is that the vehicle itself was missing the driver side sun visor, had cob webs inside the vehicle and was parked where bird p*** was all over it!! Anyone who saw this vehicle would know this Jeep had been on there lot for quite some time and yet still had the nerve to tell me they just got it In the day before!! Being at the dealership for over an hour and discussing what I'm willing to pay, salesman still came Back with payment options waaayyy over my agreed upon amount for a vehicle that needed care! I left feeling like I wasted their time because when I agreed to not purchase the vehicle the salesman said "well there goes my Christmas" DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP... looked at their website today and vehicle was removed from their website.. whomever purchased this dealerships White Jeep Wrangler Sport S 4x4 GOODLUCK!!

I initially didn't give them a good review because it took them 3 months to take care of an issue on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I have purchased 3 months ago. But I was surprised, in a good way, that Michael immediately contacted me and they've took care of the problem. On the time of signing I've purchase the California safety package which they haven't put on the car when they delivered it. So far they've took care of one item and hoping that they would complete the package. This could've been a 5 star review, but since they've failed to execute on time to take care of problems they knew about I am deducting 1 star. Overall pleased that the owner really cares about the satisfaction of his customers.

After being turned away from SEVERAL different dealerships, I finally found one that had down to earth people honestly willing to help you! Steven Owens helped us and he was AMAZING. If you need help figuring out a deal he is the guy for you. Well worth the 90 mile drive!! Will recommend to everyone I know.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I leased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler here. They screwed me over big time and I'm learning just how much now because I'm currently dealing with buy back. They sold me a lemon. My car has been in and out of service for a year and a half. The first time I walked into this dealership I had bad feelings and should've just walked away but I didn't. They had me stay until 1am to sign the papers. They claimed they would eat the cost of the trade in negative equity. They claimed they would throw in free warranties because of having to stay so late and they even made me sign 2 contracts!! I find out later that they are a bunch of liars and the true meaning behind "never trust a salesmen". I am a fool, and I know that, and have now learned so much from this experience but this place is a bed of scam artists. Do not ever go here to purchase a vehicle.

Update: A representative from Dodge did reach out to me on the owners behalf. I explained this story and was refunded the purchase price of the second key. It was also explained why there was such a delay in returning the amount owed to me after the deal. I will say this, I am impressed with how dodge made an effort to make my experience right after a month of stress, so I will give 3 out of 5 stars.
