Cleanest and friendliest gas station in town. Customers are always greeted with a smile. The convenience store stocks the latest and greatest products. One stop shop with smog check, car wash, and DMV services all under one roof.

Something as simple as a deluxe car wash generates this review. I purchased a deluxe car wash at the pump. I parked in the car wash tunnel where the wash began. I noticed that there were no soap bubbles or a colored soap if any kind. I addressed this with the store clerk who said for the lower priced washes a clear soap is used, what did you say. Apparently, the most expensive wash has colored soap. I don't believe this line of BS from the store clerk. Instead of requesting my money back I'm writing to warn you to be aware that this Shell Sycamore uses water only for the Deluxe wash and charges $7.00 for water.

I'm a traveling consultant and need to use the bathroom every so often before I meet with clients. I stopped by Sycamore Shell station and asked the cashier for the key to the bathroom. Wow, they probably have the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have ever gone to for a service station! Thank you for taking pride in your facility and just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for what you do!

Nice gas station with many options. The prices are competitive and inside store has many items. I am frequent here because it is right next to my condo. I have never had an issue with this gas station, the workers are very nice.

DMV services here!!!! Yes!!!! I had an out of state vehicle transfer that was becoming a headache. Triple-A couldn't (wouldn't) do it, and it was looking like a half day off of work at the DreadedMoronsVisit to get my car handled. My blood pressure was already rising when I went to the DMV website and it said something like "additional locations",and listed this Shell gas station for all things DMV. Gas station?What?... So I called and checked. Sure enough, they said they could handle a title transfer. So today I went there, met Avi, who was totally cool, (and a car guy), knowledgeable, and efficient. In other words the complete opposite of the union schmoess at DumbassMV. I had PLATES, STICKERS, REGISTRATION IN LESS THEN 45 .... MINUTES. Title gets sent later. If you want to keep your sanity, GO HERE. Avi is great, and the service outstanding. You cannot go wrong. No, it's not free. Why should it be? Plan on an extra $70,but No lines, no second trips, no wasted time off. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

I needed to get a smog test, and of course, I waited until the last day. Checked Yelp and found Sycamore Shell did smog tests. The whole process could not be easier. Luis was professional, courteous, and friendly. I don't know if it is due to the pandemic or the time of day, but it was super quick. I was in and out and paid in 15 minutes. They transmitted all the information to the DMV electronically. I highly recommend this location. I will be back when I need another smog test.

Best smog check in Simi Valley! Not only were they fast, the man who helped me was so kind! I was nervous because it was my first time taking my car to be smog checked (usually my husband does it). He said there was a $10 off coupon so it was $49. They said it would be a 15 minute wait but it felt like I didn't wait longer than 10. My husband has tried so many smog places in Simi and this one is his favorite and the one we go to for both of our Hondas.

Today I did the smog check on my Jeep at this location and oh man let me tell you the guy Name Luis nothing but nice and professional great job and mostly quick service I highly recommend this smog check place and you guys will have my business from now on thank you sycamore shell smog check shop

This place is the best for smog checks. All the great things that are said about Luis are true. Hard worker, personable and a smart tech. I've been coming here for years and years and thought that when Havi left it was going to go down hill but no way. Luis has stepped up and is doing just as good a job if not better. I called before I took my two cars down and didn't have to wait at all. This place is at the top of their game and if you need to be smogged skip hunting around and just give Luis a try. You'll be glad you did.

This was not a great car wash experience for 9.00. First off they charge too much at this location. Second there was no soap on my car just water. It left hard water spots on my windshield. I wish I could get a refund because I wasnt pleased. I go to a Shell gas station car wash on Yosemite Avenue and it's way better. I'm sorry but it didnt meet my expectations
