Our cat was sick and we found out our Veterinarian had moved from another facility to Valley Veterinary Clinic (30 miles away) We trust Dr. Megan Thomas and would follow her anywhere to care for our cats. She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.

Do not Take your animals here. Brought dog that I adopted and without knowing my financial status. Novy Told me to take the dog back to the shelter because it could be an expensive responsibility. After years of watching this man drain my grandmothers bank account and only going because it was free. I can see that all he cares about is making money not caring for animalsI only give it one star instead of zero is because at least the nurses were friendly

I’m working with a rescue and a foster dog who has had some issues that weren’t diagnosed by another vet after numerous visits. Dr Novy is not only the most competent vet I’ve seen, he’s also pleasant and his entire staff is wonderful. Can’t recommend this place more.

The woman at the desk is not skilled at handling logical questions. My cat had surgery the first week of November. They demanded full payment upfront before releasing cat. I then contacted them to take my car in for an after surgical checkup - they never followed up. My cat still has bandages on his leg which need replacing , still has a pin in his leg from surgery and I finally contacted again but the dr is on vacation until the 9 th of January is when I can get an appointment - I said the cat had surgery - she hung up on me when I said that’s malpractice. It’s unethical to not have someone staffed to replace bandages and observe healing. I would not recommend this office based upon such. I have no idea if the dr is a good dr. He kept calling my male cat a she.the don’t deal person called my cat a she. Why not clarify that my cat is a he. If a human had surgery and there was no post op care the dr would face malpractice. If you demand payment then I should be able to demand proper follow up - the dr may be a great version to himself of what a dr should be but to me. It’s a show without a full performance - he should have checked on his patients before he went on vacation.

I've been going to Valley veterinary clinic for over 10 years now and have always had a pleasant experience. The doctors and all the staff are so helpful and thorough. Dr. Novy is so nice and quite the character. Yesterday I saw Dr. Susan Katila and she helped so intently with our sweet little guy. I can't thank you enough for all you do.

We're were given a estimate to have a surgery done on our dog tank a few months ago and due to times being hard we had to wait until we could afford it. We then tried to schedule it and they now want to do another office visit because they can't find the estimate that is supposed to be in his file. This place has the worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. Dr Novy is a great vet but his staff is just completely out in left field somewhere.

Outstanding. Very friendly doctors and staff. I recommend them to anyone who loves their pet. The personal care they give is the best.

Very busy place and hard to get in. This is frustrating for those that cannot get appointments but essential and the basis for the quality of care active customers receive. Management has wisely and absolutely necessarily limited new patient intake due to real world capacity constraints. There is a finite number of pets they can responsibly care for and the focus on care over compromise show they are more committed to providing the best care than high volume churning and chasing dollars.

Took my dog there for a check up and ended up needing surgery. They took such good care of her. They even follow up with phone calls. Follow up visits at no charge.

Valley vet is a good clinic to go to. The doctors there are very knowledgeable, the staff are usually friendly, there is 1 or 2 people that maybe are not. The doctors are really caring but be careful when they start telling you that they need to order some tests and start rattling off the tests that they're gonna order without asking how much it's gonna cost because we were really surprised when we finally got the bill. Also sometimes they will do things without even asking you like give an injection or something. So always ask. Very clean office.

My sister has taken her pets here for more than 20 years and has had fabulous support. Just accompanied her there to euthanized her cat. They were wonderful, sensitive and supportive. Can't recommend enough.

On our first visit, we realized that all of the clinic staff loved animals. The facilities are clean, and the care our cat received was excellent. And yes, they are accepting new human clients and their pets.
