The folks over at West Simi Lock-Up provide some of the most professional and courteous service around Simi Valley. Nothing but positive experiences having my stuff there for over a couple years. Their prices were some of the lowest around east Ventura County, and the facilities are kept immaculate and safe. If I ever have a need for a storage unit again, they will be the first business I go to.

I have been a business customer at West Simi Lock-up for 8 or 9 years. It is always easily accessible and clean. I always feel safe and secure. The staff is incredibly responsive and so friendly! I highly recommend this storage facility.

I think its a little pricey but otherwise okay. No insects or varmints. Seemingly no riff raff.

I would HIGHLY recommend using this storage complex. Safe, secure, and friendly staff! I have had many storage units in the past years and none even come close to this place! The staff is very kind and always willing to help! They have on site push carts and dollies making moving in or out a lot easier! If I ever need a storage unit again this is definitely the place I will be going.

I have used this storage facility about 5 times over the last 20 years and will keep going back. Rich has been excellent to work with. This place is nicely clean, secure, pleasant and friendly management staff, very well maintained facility, tidy restrooms, extended access hours- upon request, and a lot of great resources/tools available to help you manage your space. I won't go anywhere else---every experience has been very good and consistent!

I can't say enough good things about West Simi Lock-Up! Not only are their units extremely clean and well cared for, but the owner and the employees are some of the nicest people you will ever find! I am very disappointed in the staff they have managing the facility!!!!!!!!!!! The grey haired man that works their is rude. He sent off all of my red flags. I want The corporate office to call me. Or their area director. I'm actually considering getting my attorney involved I feel harassed and I feel threatened whenever I go in there I've been verbally assaulted I am over it and as soon as another 10 x 15 drive up storage becomes available in town I will be moving to another facility do not rent here it is a very strange place and like I said the weird guy that manages it has made me feel awkward & overwhelmed. With his questionable behavior!!!!since the very day I started renting their!!!!!!
