My 22 year old daughter had just arrived in LA and we shipped her car there. Days later the AC went on her car. Horrible timing! She's new there and we're in NY. Cheri was just great and explained everything over the phone and kept us updated. She definitely made us feel more at ease! And Pat fixed the problem so quickly and honestly, unlike the previous estimate from another place. I'm so happy we have this place now for future car problems.

I can, obviously, only speak about my one brief experience here, but I'm new to Simi Valley from the West Valley area so I've been looking for "a shop." You know, one you can call your shop. I would like a place to be open on Saturday, when normal people can do chores and run errands, but they're not, no I carved out a few hours to at least meet them and get a diagnosis for an issue. I know my car very well, I fix what I can, but I don't mess with some of the trickier things. I've had similar makes in the past and I know the "usual problems" when they arise. I read that these guys were good with American V8, so I thought they'd be a good place. Trump flags, another sign that I was in the right place... So the issue was a slight RPM stutter, very faint, but like I said, I know my car and these cars very well, I drive for a living, I drove 17 hours and 800 miles yesterday(not my car). So when I tell a mechanic that I have an RPM stutter, it's INSULTING to have that mechanic say, "You were probably just feeling your air suspension filling." They told me my #8 cylander was firing 8000x whatever, but then told me their machine couldn't find anything wrong, and, get this, "If it gets worse, come back." I've never had a mechanic tell me that! Imagine a dentist telling you that! So here I am 10 days later at a DIFFERENT MECHANIC with a $1,000 testing lined up and super duty tune-up with all new coils and plugs and wires, etc... I'm fine with the price, I just wanted my precious car fixed. But I guess it doesn't matter, Mike Willard's told me I couldn't even leave my car overnight because they had too many unfixed cars clogging up their lot... that should be a sign right there. Like I said, I wanted a place, but this wasn't it.

We recently took our 1968 SS 396 Chevelle to have resurrected and Pat and his team have done an awesome job! We can't be happier with the customer service and quality of workmanship. I would recommend the shop 100%! Thanks Pat!

Willard's automotive is not for everyone, but definitely for me. they are old timers. that take time and patience with cars, especially classic cars... they do the job right the first time. they're blast from the past and they have got a mini museum of old classic cars in their garage. I really am glad I found them for my 1991 Cadillac Allante.

I just had my firebird serviced. I gotta say Pat and cheri, best duo. Pat was able to figure out the source to my cars problems in under 10 min!! Hes the main mechanic of the shop. He explains/ shows you your bad parts and what your issues could be. Hands down one of the best mechanics I've come across. And Cheri ran the desk and asks you important questions about the car. She guess through everything with you. She does an amazing job of assuring you that you're in great hands!! If you have the oppurtinity, I HIGHLYYYY recommend you take your classic or daily driver here. You will not regret it what so ever!!!!! I know for sure i'm coming back to this place.

This place is phenomenal. With a difficult task to fix my Jeep Liberty they were able to keep me on the road. I will be back with other cars and recommend them to anyone looking for experienced professionals.

The shop and staff are great. As mechanic's go, they are amazing and honest.They have been able to resolve various issues from our 1991 4x4 jeep not passing smog, to AC issues on our SUV. A local AC repair wanted $1500, they found the issue fixed as part of the AC maintenance for $280!I highly recommend them!

I have a large construction company. And I wouldn't trust any of my vehicles to anybody but Pat and his qualified staff. I would highly recommend that you take your vehicles with any problems they may have or routine maintenance.

10/10 Would recommend this mechanic to anyone who is looking for a honest and proficient mechanic, my car was rough idling and had problems stalling out, and I took it to 4 other mechanics who were un able to figure out what the problem was, These guys figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in a little over an hour. My car runs great now and Doesn't stall or rough idle.

Great hometown shop with a knowledgeable owner and team. Swapped my drum breaks for disc and checked all my relays, so the shade (roof) works now. Thank you Willard Team. This 66 Lincoln is ready for the Summer.
