Excellent Ace location - definitely my favorite by far. I wish our local Ace was this nice! Its a beautiful store with excellent decor and many interesting things. Very clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stores are always clean. Stuff doesn’t harass or ask if you need help. Carry al brands more than the big tool retailers. They got this deal they sell the tools thet comes in bundles I paid 120 at Home Depot ace hardware’s lol sold me same one for seventy.

I just took my beautiful German knifes to be sharpen at this store and they mess them up, I told them they where expensive knifes and if they didn't have a professional please let me know but they did it any way and who is going to replace them? I am so furious and frustrated with the abuse, please be aware and do not use their service because how do you hold them accountable? I wish I could add pictures to this review.

Terrible customer service and beware returns are rarely allowed! Prices are consistently much higher than any other store or Amazon. Simply put DO NOT Shop here!

Love this place as it is so real. Staff very helpful and they know where everything is in a crowded and cramped store(feels like a true hardware store). Cashiers are super fast which is a rarity in Miami. Nice creaky flooring and great smells. Reminds me of being a kid with my dad going to the local hardware store. A great shopping experience

I'm a recent transplant to Sobe from NYC( I know how original). Lots of work to do at my condo and Ace has everything I need. It is cramped and yet they manage to have everything I need. Everyone very helpful and friendly. I used to own a country home in upstate NY and used the ACE there as well. Brings back fond memories!!
