I went in this morning. There were 3 sales associates and 2 people purchasing. I stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes and no one greeted me, asked if I needed anything, or anything a normal sales person would do. I would have made a purchase, but they were too busy to take on another sale. What’s up with that?

Chicos Fashion consultant Anna was fabulous! I have lost a significant amount of weight this year and my clothes are now way too big. What a wonderful problem but actually I needed help dressing my new body with the help of someone who could really put new looks together for me. Anna did that and I'm so delighted. She stayed with me an had me try on garments I wouldn't have dreamed could look good. I was so happy with the difference in my look from when I came in the door, to the stylish, elegant look I wore when I walked out the door. I came from Southern Marin to support Sonoma County business and the service and new look made me a dedicated client. Thanks Anna!

As a victim/survivor of the Santa Rosa wildfires, I was left without clothes or a permanent home. Temporarily staying in Sonoma, I worked up the energy to buy some clothing and luckily I wound up at Chico's. Greeted by Anna, I was royally treated with warmth, generosity, compassion. Anna helped me pick out a great selection of clothing, was generous in computing my bill and more than anything, showed care and empathy for what I had been through. After lots of hugs and new clothes my spirits were up! Shop at Chico's. We need more caring stores!!

Good morning My name is Holly Hernandez. I am a Chico's Passport Member. My Mother introduced me to Chico's five years ago and I now only wear your clothing. Love it! Unfortunately, today, I went to my regular Chico's in Sonoma when visiting my Mother, and I was taken aback by not one person saying "hello", "good morning " or "may I help you". Not every Salesperson was busy either. I was even given "unkind looks" directly as I mingled throughout the store looking for clothing for my Mother, as she is 92 years old and has problems standing for any long period of time. I was hoping to find several things for her as she needed pants, sweaters, tops and blouses. I literally felt like the girl from "Pretty Woman"! And I was wearing all Chico's clothing as well! Very uncomfortable and unfortunate as I won't be back. I will take our business elsewhere. What happened to the marvelous crew you had there before? So disappointing.

Just discovered a great place for fun, fitting and flattering women's clothing. Chicos. First time shopping there. Fabulous stuff. Wonderful selection. Awesome prices.

My sister & I visited the store on Sunday, May 15, 2016, & will never return if Lupe & her co-worker are there. I elaborated the unprofessional & unacceptable behavior from Lupe & her co-worker in the customer service survey from my sister's receipt. Lupe was condescending and patronizing & her co-worker was demeaning and sarcastic!!! It was not a very welcoming & definitely not a good experience!!! I will not ever return if both those employees are working that day, for over 19 years I've been shopping @ Chico's w/the most amazing employees/associates & the best experience!!! It only takes one time to spoil the lack of professionalism & terrible customer service received from Lupe & her co-worker, I'm done w/both of them!!!

I discovered the Chicos brand a few years ago and that has revolutionized my wardrobe. I generally shop online because I dislike parking in downtown Sonoma, but when I do go into the boutique, the service is fantastic. I like to shop the sale racks and am never made to feel cheap for doing so. Since this line carries only its own designs, there's a constant change of inventory which makes every excursion into the shop a little different. It's a great find for the woman of a certain age who values style as much as comfort and wants her clothing to look expensive even if bought on sale. They always have animal prints, a requirement for me.
