Highly recommend PSI as they are all great folks to interact with. They came highly recommended, are responsive, and I can't wait to see the improvement in my car after they addressed issues with my Ohlins dampers.

I decided to send my coilovers to these guys based off of some good recommendations but sadly my experience has been very poor thus far. I was quoted 8 days for servicing and told they had everything in stock. Over a month after sending them my coilovers I finally received a call from them giving me the real quote which was $500 more than the original quote for a “standard Ohlins service.” Additionally they did not have everything in stock to for the service and it has now been 7 weeks and I’m still waiting to receive my coilovers. I am currently unable to comment on the quality of the work which I’m sure will be good. They are always nice on the phone but timeframes and pricing are unreliable.

Great service, even though I only came by to purchase a bumper for my shock they spent time to explain old shock and potential other solutions besides a custom shock.

Just recently had my Bilstein shocks serviced with these guys, and overall i'm extremely happy with all the service they've provided. With regards to cost, i have no bases of comparison, but i believe it was a fair price for all the help they've given me plus the turn around time is as fast as i requested it to be. Thomas, Beau and Dalton were extremely helpful with explaining things to me and going over certain tuning parameters i wasn't clear about. They took the time to answer all the questions i had to the best of their ability without rushing me to do something else. The email response time is great with detailed messages. They even took the time to take photos of their work on the shocks in very good quality.

They even took the time to take photos of their work on the shocks in very good quality. Only small issue we ran into is over the fact i wish they had a slightly updated billing system. I think if they had paypal or other quick payment options it would be a top notch servicing system. I myself had a issue with a outdated card being declined and made the payment process a bit difficult. This is not a fault at all on their part and they even shipped me my parts regardless of the issue. Paypal or google pay would have greatly reduced this issue for me considering i have taken to the new forms of internet payments. I hope no one is discouraged by this fact, i'm merely mentioning it in hopes it would encourage them to make it a option for increased ease. Other than that 5 stars!!!

PERFECT. I bought a used set of Ohlins for the bike (K1200GT), decided to have them serviced prior to installation. After searching around, decided on PSI. Great transaction- shipped the shocks to them, they let me know they got the package, they called me again to tell me what they needed to do to these shocks, they called me again to tell me the damage ($-less than I expected), and then they made a fast shipment back to me. Their packaging of the shocks back to me was robust, well protected. I finally installed them last week, the 8 year old GT handles like new. Completely satisfied with their work and high level of customer service.
