I drove up with a trunk load of shredding, a very efficient gentleman unloaded my trunk, weighed the material, and shredded everything while I watched. Quick, efficient, friendly.

I've used their document shredding service; it's great when you have multiple boxes to shred. Easy drive-through access. They weigh your material right there, you pay, and you can watch your documents being shredded in their massive machine. When I went (January 2024), the cost was $10 plus 30 cents per pound. Because of the $10 fee, this is most economical when you have a lot to do.

This company is great. They shred your documents for you, while you watch. And their prices are the best. Today I had 66 lbs of documents shredded for $29. This would have cost $132 at the local UPS store, that recently raised their price to $2 per pound. I recently learned that sometimes the shredding bins at other stores are not secure. I even read about a break in at which the only thing stolen was the "shred bin." For security and the best price, get your shredding done here.

The most efficient and easy process. I've had a 15lb shred pile following me around for a few years and I finally decided to get rid of it. Drove up for their drive-thru service, gentleman came out, grabbed the box, weighed it and then within less than 10sec the entire pile was shred to pieces. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner and for only $14.50 for 15lbs of paper. Don't procrastinate, just take your pile there!

I employed this company for a project and they did an outstanding job! They came to my location exactly at the time they were supposed to be there, they were professional, and got the job done very quickly! Will for sure be hiring them next time for sure! The cost was very reasonable and saved me some money compared to previous similar places.

This is the best place in town for document shredding! They are secure, reliable, professional, fast, and a great value! They showed up exactly when they said they would, they charged less than I thought they were going to, and got the job done very fast! They provided me with a certificate of compensation and a receipt. This business is excellent and I will be using them in the future exclusively!

Excellent and Secured; paper shredding and old computer hard drive disks deactivation. Excellent customer service also. Very reasonably priced. I had 3 U-Haul medium-size boxes full of 20-years worth of tax records that I needed to shred, and 4 old computer hard drive disks to deactivate. The facility is the very last building at the end of the road [use Google Map]. There is a clearly visible sign that says, drive through service, with an arrow. Drive down the pathway in the direction of the arrow, and you'll see a stop line. Turned off the car engine, and a staff member promptly came out of the office to help me. I asked if I could witness the shredding, etc. Answer: Yes, for both my paper shredding and the deactivation of my old computer hard drive disks. All done in about 5 minutes. Extremely satisfied with the efficient and secured process -- shredding and deactivation -- since I was allowed to witness the entire process in real time. What still imprints in my mind was the excellent customer service -- the staff member who worked with me was efficient, friendly, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Save yourself hours sitting in front of your own tiny home shredder, bored to tears, if you have lots of papers/records to shred and hard disk drives to deactivate. Afterwards, I had lots of time to enjoy beautiful Capitola Beach for the rest of the day.
