Worst experience ever this Pollo Loco always has super long drive-thru lines and short lines sometimes but the wait time is always over 20 minutes ... I waited over 20 minutes drive thru to order and Karen tells me we don't have pieces of chicken and it will be an hr wait for chicken. Why make us wait a sign would of been helpful. No apology for the inconvenience instead attitude was given to me Karen needs to work on her costumer service. Ordered sides and my rice was raw and burnt. Worst Pollo Loco EVER!!!!

Spent $50 on food here, and asked for Cilantro sauce when I asked for it the guy at the window gave me a look of "Did I not give you enough sauce?" So he gave me two. I asked for 3 more of the sauces and he said no I can't give you anymore I gave you enough. Who is he to determine what is enough? So he kept giving attitude to my wife and I when we asked for the sauce again and said we have to pay for it and came up with a number in his head of how much we have to pay, which was $1.50. He even gave us a bag of sauces that we never asked for or even wanted and said that we have to keep it. His whole attitude and energy was horrible. I don't recommend coming to this restaurant, do yourself a favor and just go to another location.

Stupid manager said they had chicken breast . Waited 30min in the drive thru . Happens to be no more chicken. Wth.. so unprofessional why hired people who don't know how to run a restaurant having so many employees... PHUCC U POLLO LOCO.. never again ..

They never answer the phone. I was waiting for 20 minutes for my curbside pick up and they never came out I went inside well my order is ready on the counter there wasn't many customers to begin with and the staff didn't seem busy so why couldn't I get my curbside pick up. Such bad customer service never coming here again.

This used to be my favorite Pollo Loco location but I have no idea what is going on with the staffing that leaves either me or my family not satisfied with the service.TLDR: if you order from this location, check your items before you leave the counter and be ready to complain.On one of my visits, one of the employees went around telling customers that it was going to be a half hour wait for chicken in the family meals but not for the chicken in the burritos. So that day I ordered the lunch box with the burrito and still ended up waiting the half hour. That same day, a woman was complaining about an hour wait for chicken, and she was so frustrated that she was just like “I don’t care about my specific order anymore, I paid for chicken, it’s been an hour, just give me any chicken”.Today I ordered a three piece meal with corn and salad, but I asked to swap the corn with macaroni before the cashier took my payment. She asked me if I wanted to swap out corn for macaroni and I said yes. I was given two piece with corn and salad. And there’s many more instances like this.

I waited on the drive thru for more than 20 minutes to be told that the chicken will not be available until 30 minutes later. I agreed to wait and go run some errands, I came back 40 minutes later and my order was no where near ready. They took my own personal receipt away and I still waited for about 10 more minutes. Such a waste of time for “fast food”

This place is not worth the 45min for a 10pc meal. I got there at 7:50pm 4 people ahead of me and the cashier was just horrible. Getting customers orders wrong and all she worried about was getting off on time. She kept telling the manager I'm leaving I0min I cannot stay. While waiting order's for customers ahead of me were getting their meals wrong. People seemed upset especially waiting so long for their food. When I received my meal at 834pm I got home to the wrong side orders. It was so upsetting to wait that long and come home to something you never ordered. One of the employees even looked at my recipe to confirm ? Honestly this location is not worth visiting!!!!

I ordered a 14 leg and thigh combo, waited over 30mins for my chicken to be ready and when I finally got home I realized they forgot the gravy for my mashed potatoes! But even more disappointed to have my chicken be undercooked (pink) I tried calling the restaurant but of course they didn’t pick up their phones. I would think that I waited over 30mins to make sure my chicken was cooked, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

If i could I would give a zero star, like I Waited like an hour in line just to get a tostada filled with nothing but lettuce plus the chicken was cold. Very disappointing never coming again.

This El Pollo loco location is great! Much better than the Lynwood location that's for sure. They always have food in stock and are always deliver great customer service. They always make sure all items ordered are in the bad before giving it to the customer. I appreciate the friendliness and customer service this El Pollo Loco provides compared to the Lynwood El Pollo Loco.

Disgusting dirty place with rude staff, over charged when looked at my statement this place charged 3 times I'm sure it is fraudulent/ripping off people type of activities going on with the cashier and supervisor. Called no answer will have to drive there and see how I can get reimbursed

Okay, so several things happened on this visit ?. Just bought a family meal at this location a couple minutes ago and we came home to a not-so-appetizing sight. Parts of the chicken were cooked, however every single leg/thigh of chicken we had either had a blood stain or was not fully cooked all the way. After trying to pick out parts of the chicken that we liked, we were disgusted and gave up right away. Apart from that, our order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 and we arrived at around 9:45 and it still was not ready. Waited for a total of 10 minutes just waiting for an order that should have been ready. I am not one to come out here and complain, but my husband and I were extremely hungry and just couldn’t wait to get home and eat. So, by this happening to us, it was just not fair. Managers, I hope you will take this comment as not something to bring your business down, but something to improve your worker’s work ethic.

I just wanted to leave a review because I went through the drive through on 8/24/21 like around 9 and the guy was super cool and friendly... he was also nice when we asked for extra sauce, I really appreciate that. Thank you!
