Hello, I recently experienced a bad shopping experience at this Rite Aid witnessing an employee, Gennie yell and talk very rudely to an elder customer over some coupons. The customer seemed very uncomfortable about the situation and despite the state of her condition, gennie continued to raise her voice at the customer followed with loud sighs and sluggish body language. She also had her ear phones in the entire time and completely disregarding/ignoring the customers questions, comments, etc. It is to my understanding that Rite Aid hires individuals with the adequate professionalism required for this position which is why I am confused as to why an individual behaving very rudely towards elderly clients is working at Rite Aid. Please look into this person’s terrible behavior and train your employees to better handle customer relations.If not, hire someone more fit for this position.

I honestly don't even know how to start off with this because it really is upsetting, I came to rite aid to buy some ice cream and when I got into the store I got my ice cream, and took a look around. When I noticed a worker named Gennie was following me for some reason. Everywhere I went there she was, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. It sucks that this is our world today where you get racially profiled. Never coming back here again.

I also took my mother for a covid booster shot called a day ahead and was told to be there between 2 and 3pm any day for walk ins. Drove an hour to my moms house to take her just so they could tell her to come back the next day. People at the pharmacy are very rude. They need to take a class on people skills

My mother went in for a Covid vaccine and the pharmacy staff were beyond rude. However, the pharmacist (Polly) was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminated against her Latino patients. What’s worse is she was the one administering the Covid vaccine, and she did not follow Covid protocols. She injected the vaccine and sent the patient home. No down time to see if he had a reaction. She is not fit to work there, or work with people in general.

Rite Aid is a very welcoming and clean environment. Their employees go out of their way to assist you in the best way possible. Rite Aid has amazing customer service, and they use exceptional effort to make sure all of their customers' concerns are needed. This store is really nice, and definitely better than CVS.

Just Went in to get some ice cream it's 8:45pm on Sunday 02/27/2021 the manager was in Nike slides and can barely walk, she was yelling at another employee a young guy to "finish everything she asked him or he's not going home" I then asked me if he can help me out to get some ice cream and he said yes ofcourse, the manager still continued to yell at him in front of me! That's very unprofessional and very disrespectful towards her employee and towards me as a customer, let alone the face of the company smh very disappointed. I will be sure to report this to corporate.

I usually go to Kaiser or CVS for prescriptions but since I live around the corner I decided to come here. Worst service ever! It literally took 4 hours for a simply prescription for pain killers and anti nausea. I kept calling and at some point they wouldn’t answer the phone. I just had a minor procedure and i was in so much pain. They had nasty attitudes and could careless about the customers. Don’t waste your time or money here!

My sister needed her pills for her pain and they took 4 hours when the lady said it will be in an hour, she was throwing up and feeling ill. Do not come here for pharmacy. Worse place

Deals for beer are awesome! $10.99 or $11.99 must buy 2. Thrifty ice cream also usually good price. Rite aid brand of overnight diapers is good too.

These people discriminated on me, and when I left my basket in the isle while I shopped they took my basket and held it up front for me... I felt like a criminal or something.. I asked why they did that, and they said I can grab another.. I was still shopping and felt like they stereo typed me and my wife.. I am completely offended by the employees actions

Came in to the pharmacy with my grandmother to fill a prescription and was immediately greeted by the tec monica , we had questions about the medication and were fully informed and all our questions were answered. If your looking for a clean and friendly pharmacy I definitely recommend coming here.
