Extremely slow service. On Friday night we waited 45 minutes in the line and there were only 4 customers ahead of us. Never visiting again.

Anywhere else but here. A rip-off with a deceptive mentality.
I absolutely hate this place. Prices are ridiculous and they used deceptive pricing. One product will be listed by the pound, a nearly identical product beside it will be listed by oz so that it is difficult to do a comparison. Complete rip-off mentality.
They make it difficult to sign up for their discount cards and refused to allow you to use the stores card. Just a way to rip off people.
They never have enough people at check out. I've complained to management twice and she just shrugs and says she doesn't have enough people. Don't care. Hire somebody. Today's the first day that I checked out in under 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
They have a self-checkout, but you can't buy alcohol, even though there is someone standing there monitoring everybody. Ridiculous

Raleys frequently has pricing errors. Usually it is sale prices are not updated in the checkout system. Of course, they are never errors in favor of the customer. I shop elsewhere most of the time because of this.

Either Raleys directs their Ecart shopper to pick the worst produce or the guys don’t eat produce and have no business shopping for others. It was nice to save time on shopping but paying Raleys top dollar prices for nearly rotted produce is upsetting.

The store is fine however they have a "Private Security" employee that has a knife, a bullet proof vest, and a revolver. He has an "Alpha male" patch on his arm. Dude is cosplaying as law enforcement at a grocery store. I'm not about to get shot because some guy thinks I didn't pay for mayo. Never coming back.
