Jim, just wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed we were with the facility in San Francisco. I have visited many facilities over the last 10 years where we conducted Didactic and Cadaveric Training Events, and your facility is top notch. You have a spacious room for amphitheater style didactic training and videoconferencing, as well as a huge space for lunch and learn talks, all with state of the art technologies. Your lab space is very accommodating and allows plenty of room for setting up and cleaning up, all while conducting training at the same time. All of your staff was very accommodating and proactive as they addressed our needs before, during, and after the lab; and they didn’t hesitate to do what they could to help while the training was happening.Thanks to Kenneth leading this team, we had a great experience and expect to return in the future. We have no doubt that whether we have the need for a small - one to two station lab, or a larger lab with many stations, you will be able to meet our needs and our surgeons will have a great learning experience because of the quality of your facility and the attentiveness of your staff.Thank you for providing a space and team that made this experience valuable and enjoyable.
