It was a smooth business with them. No hassel in scheduling time. Technician looked knowledgeable and tried best to explain and solve the complex issues of the equipment.

I just call them to come down to my store for a oven repair, lady on the phone was like we gonna sent someone to your place to check the issue and it will be $500 for 1st hour, and right away I get it these people are scam and you need to get away from them.

The service response has been a horrible and the staff is incompetent. I've been told by their dispatch that I would be placed on the schedule and they never get back to you.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Extremely negative completely unhelpful. On top of that they charge a crazy prices for just checking it out was over 200 and they didn’t fix anything. Even if you have warranty they make you call the provider and do everything just to charge you way more regardless. The most expensive price will be the missing piece of your brain after your done dealing with the worst customer service rep of all time, I would name drop but at this point I pity the individual.

Service tech was sent on a warranty repair and after reviewing the equipment stated it was fine and just needed adjustments, which they tried to charge the customer for. This was after the manufacturer sent replacement parts for two clearly defective parts, one of which had caught fire the day before the service call and was captured on video. Seriously?

P&D takes care of quite a bit of our food service equipment @ our senior living community. They are stand up very professional and very prompt on scheduling appointments within a very reasonable time period. I think maybe a couple 3 days out may've been the longest we waited on getting a tech out to us. All around excellent company that will be in our best vendor list anytime we need them!10+ stars !!!

P&D takes care of quite a bit of our food service equipment @ our senior living community. I think maybe a couple 3 days out may've been the longest we waited on getting a tech out to us. All around excellent company that will be in our best vendor list anytime we need them!

Not complaining about the company.This driver was going 85mph on backroads near Dixon. Tailgating me and many other vehicles. The speed limit was 55mph by the way.

Terrible service. It took them over 4 months to repair my fryer. The woman they have at dispatch is awful. She sounds like she's just woken up from a nap everytime she answers the phone, shes rude, and can't seem to keep track of anything. It takes weeks to get anyone out, and half the time they don't give you notice that someone is coming. I also came in early twice to meet techs that never showed up, only to call the office and have them tell me that the tech had called out. They are quick to take your money, and slow to get anything fixed. My advice would be to avoid using them at all costs.

they will charge you money before they even come out. They make you fill out forms and don't tell you as soon as you send them in they will pull funds. This is even before you have scheduled an appointment. Terrible. They have fixed my broken appliances well, but the business management and communication is terrible. buyer beware.

Poor and unfriendly communication from dispatch. Extremely expensive subpar service. We required service for a Perfect Fryer. Specifically to replace a fire extinguisher. It would have been more cost effective to purchase a new fryer than to wait two months for this service where we could not operate our business. We were charged $500 for a "diagnostic" for an issue that the display on the fryer already explained was the issue. The tech was present for about 10 minutes and it took two weeks to schedule. Nobody followed up to schedule the corrective service. Then when the tech arrived to replace the extinguisher we were told there would be another delay while they order a new "upgrade kit." Why was this not recognized in the diagnostic?I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

A massive money scam is what's going on at P&D Appliance. These guys will snatch your money and will never repair your equipment. My Blodgett oven stopped working I called them to come out and fix it. They said they would. They came out 3 separate times. Two times cost me $520, one cost me $700. I got a lot of excuses, promises and outright lies about them repairing my oven. My oven was never repaired and I was out over $1700. They got my money and I never heard from them again. I am a first-time small business owner --to not have a working oven for over a month and to be out this much money is a major hardship for me. I wish I had checked these reviews. I would've NEVER called these people. Don't make the same mistake we all made.
