The staff is awful! The fitting rooms were closed so I asked for help, the first girl I contacted said that she couldn't help, so I went to the security woman and she said that the person in charge of the fitting rooms was in his break and I had to wait for 15 minutes. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and the fitting rooms remain closed, so disgusting!

Fitting room it’s close most of the time I asked them why they said there’s no worker we have little enough only for register it’s so hot this days it’s hard to check the clothing at home and come back

No doubt they have lot of good stuff but staff is horrible. Cashier charged me twice for items. I went to store five times to talk to them regarding this. Supervisor is super rude man and I never been able to meet store manager to get my money back.
So be careful while doing payment.....they took money twice and nobody is available at store to resolve the issue.
Nobody has time to go to store again and again for refund.

This location has always been one of the bad ones but it’s really gone downhill. For starters corporate has a skeleton crew (bare minimum employees to spare having to pay them) so there’s a line wrapping around the isles and MAYBE 3 cashiers. This visit there was only 1. The store is a complete mess with half the products opened, damaged or missing pieces. The customers don’t know how to act because everyone coughs and sneezes without even attempting to cover their face. Now they have these ropes right when you walk in and the “security” opens it and lets you in like you’re in a nightclub. 0/10. I feel so bad for the underpaid employees forced to meet unrealistic expectations. The Lodi location is SO much better, unfortunately not everyone has the luxury to go that far for a nice shopping experience.
