To start with I had to wait almost a month for an appointment. Then when I get to my appointment(This is the hardest place to find!) they tell me my appointment has been canceled due to an emergency. That part I completely understand. But what I can't understand is why they SAID they called me two times and left two messages on my voicemail that day but they DIDN'T call or leave any voicemails. So I get to my appointment and they let me know that it's been canceled and they went ahead and scheduled for Monday. Well when I get there on Monday before my schedule appointment time at 8:15, there's a sign on the door that they have a staff meeting until 830! This shows a blatant disrespect of peoples time as well as their calendars. Why would they just tell me 830? Anyway, I have yet to see the doctor he would have to perform miracles in order to get me change my review. I don't think the staff realizes that their interactions can make or break a patient. I wish I could go back to Sutter. I definitely will in January.

HorribleAll he did was lecture me about my meds and totally ignored my request for help with my anxiety issues. I’m glad I don’t have to see him again. Total waste of my time.

Dr. Clyde Wong is a great primary doctor. He is very experienced and makes you feel very comfortable. I have moved out of the area and no longer see him. Best Wishes to you and take care Dr. Wong!

Dr Wong was my doctor as well as my husband's. He is the absolute best!! I wish he stayed in Fresno. He really takes his time to understand each patient and renders the best treatment and refers patient to excellent specialists. He can be trusted. He's easy to talk to and has the best bedside manner. He stands out! You won't be sorry making him your primary doctor.

Dr Wong is the most thorough and caring Dr a patient can ask for. He follows up and sends you to the appropriate specialist for your medical care. Staff is also very helpful and provides excellent service.
