The best customer service of any type of service I've ever had! I called Farid after looking up places to fix up some scratches on my new Mercedes and to my surprise he was able to pick up in such a friendly manner. I was able to go to the shop a few days later and receive a quote with an extremely fair and reasonable price. A day later, Farid was able to take my car in and even able to drop me off at my house. I was expecting a few days to be without my car and before I knew it, my car was finished and was able to go back home within a few hours. My car looks brand new without any of the scratches. Best customer service ever! I highly recommend

Fam did a wonderful job on my rear bumper, I scraped it on a planter in a parking lot, they repaired it so well, I couldn't tell it had been damaged. Plus they washed and vacuumed the car as well! Great service, go see Farid for awesome body work.

One of our clients who we do mechanical work for was involved in an accident and had his car towed to FAM Auto, unfortunately the car is beyond repair however Farid was very professional and helpful in dealing with the situation. Many shop owners would turn this situation to a financial gain and there's nothing we could have done about it however Farid opted to do us a solid at no financial gain to himself as a shop owner myself that speaks volumes and I will happily bring my Mustangs down from Sac to have a trustworthy shop handle body work for me in the future.
