My husband and I were shopping for shoes at the hammer lane store on Stockton. he has a heart condition and asked to use the restroom the cashier 061639 said NO(employees only) we told her under state law some one with a medical condition cant be refused she lied and rudely and loud replied it is flooded there is a pluming issue. when we insisted it was urgent he was having an angina attack she made him wait then brought the manager over who lied and said there are boxes in there my husband confronted them they had two different stories and recited the state law to them she let him in and there was no issue the bathroom was spotless they were were rude and dishonest we are frequent customers we spent 158.00 and were disrespected and he was humiliated in front of customers who yelled she wants you to pee your pants. he suffered an Angina attack and needed to take a nitroglycerin he could have had a heart attack. he should be refunded for pain and suffering. what happened to good customer service. they both should be fired.!!

I went in for a pair of boat shoes and came out with boat shoes and a pair of pink slip ons. Both together for less than full priced boat shoes. This is my new shoe store

I just left today at 2:26 and the customer service was terrible. My grandpa was trying to use his 20% off code from his email but unfortunately his phone died before reaching the store. When asked if they access the discount they said no because he has no points. This 20% off discount is something every customer gets from signing up with emails. Even after i asked if there were other ways to give them the code they proceeded to tell me no they need the physical barcode. I then signed up for text messages to get the 10% off code only to be told they can’t type in the numbers because it’s online. Fine so we left and paid full price no big deal. Little did I know if you sign up for emails you get the 20% code automatically and can use it in store. They failed to mention that and gave vague answers rather than asking me the one with a working phone to sign up.

This Skechers store has a surprisingly great selection of shoes for all ages and styles. From everyday walking shoes to athletic and work footwear, they’ve got a bit of everything. The store interior is quiet and calm—almost unusually so—which actually makes for a relaxed shopping experience. Team members are helpful and quick to assist with sizes or recommendations. Honestly, with how quiet it is inside most times, it makes you wonder how they stay open, but I’m glad they do. Solid spot if you want to shop without the crowds and still get good service and quality shoes.
