Wow! Once again this particular Jiffy Lube has come through. Their excellent customer service was on point! Roger and Andrew have made my visit to jiffy lube a most satisfying one. These gentlemen checked my tire pressure and topped off fluids. I highly recommend coming here to have your oil changed! Great price! Excellent Service! Thank you guys!

I arrived at the location 15 minutes before closing, having a couple of general questions in regard to the service I knew I needed.
I let the service worker know I’d come back another day to actually do the service since I knew they were closing, but Chris was incredible and took the time to look up the information needed for my car! He never rushed me, and also let me know which locations would be able to complete transmission fluid changes, since this location does not. Thank you, Kris for answering my questions!

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube service center (10867 Penrose St. Sun Valley, Ca.) for all your car needs. They are professional and courteous. My BMW, Mercedes, and Yukon Truck have been taken care of by this team for years! Thank you for keeping us safe on the road.

The cost of oil changes are so much more expensive than when I started driving and that makes me so sad. Chris, Mark and Caden made it a really good experience. So polite and efficient, it was like a nascar pit run. A+
