The doctor was super discriminative, unfair, and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment at the CVS clinics, waited 1h+, and the doctor canceled our appointment right in front of us, simply because the staff doesn't like us. The other people in the store expressed their support but could help with nothing. This doctor/nurse, she doesn't care about anything other than her own feelings. We demand that the store fire this doctor/nurse for her ruthless actions.

Total waste is time. Their webpage doesn’t let you make flu shot appointments. I drive all the way down there and wait in line to be told I can’t get a flu shot. No consideration of people’s time. I am moving to Walgreens.

Here on Business from out of town and my sweethearts not feeling good so I called the nearest CVS I listened to their automated number that says the front door is open till 11:00 although the farm is closed at 9:00 but that's not a problem cuz I just need some items from the front of the store including some contact lens solution that she didn't have. It helps if they were open their advertised hours to begin with cuz I sent her for about 10 minutes trying to figure out a backup plan at least a dozen cars if not more came and pulled up with anger people knocking on the door at 10:05 when they're open till 11:00. No explanation no note no anything worst experience with CVS ever complete management failure will never stop them again and moving my prescriptions ASAP. They truly just don't care for their customers any longer. A reasonable manner should have been here to keep the store open I don't care if they don't have enough employees change your outgoing message and put a sign in the door apologizing can I see you again

The worst place ever. even if you book an appointment for vaccine shots and you show up and the lady says that she is overloaded and cancels it without any heads-up. avoid this location like a plague.

The pharmacy is so sloppy concerning picking up prescriptions. The doctor can tell the pharmacists to fill a prescription and have me pick it up on a certain day, yet the pharmacists won't sell it by lying to me claiming that I arrived too early, or that they never got a call to fill a prescription. There was even one time when I encountered an angry pharmacist with this obnoxious nerd tone and she sent me to another CVS pharmacy that also didn't have the medication I needed. The management is an embarrassment and the higher-ups should be ashamed of themselves.

My recent visit to CVS was made exceptional by cashier Jasmin. She went above and beyond by personally walking me to the aisle to find the item I needed and helping me use my coupon effectively, saving me money. Her outstanding customer service truly made my day. Jasmin is amazing!

Their photos are never ready on time. This is the only cvs that gives me this issue. I only come here because it’s close to work, but yes it’s the second time I make a photo order online and it’s never ready. They Literally do it once I’m there. Smh what’s the point of online ordering then?

I have been to many other CVS locations and called in advance to check on store product availability. I have never had as much issue as I did with this location at 576 El Camino Real. As the other reviewers rightfully pointed out, this store employees rarely pick up the phone to answer calls. I know this is not the norm as the other CVS locations always have some staff answering the call. This store is also frequently out of stock for stuff I need. I don't know why they rarely replenish their inventory.

One of the WORST customer service experience I ever had.I went to this CVS store just to pick up eye drops prescribed by my optometrist. The receptionist at the pick up counter asked me to wait for 15 mins as someone inside was working on packing my order. I strolled in the store for 17 mins and again went to the pick up counter. She asked me to wait for 10 more minutes as she said they were still working on my order. How much do they need just to put eye-drop bottle into the bag? And the kicker is, not more than 5 customers came to pick their medications up during the first 17 minutes of my wait.I requested the receptionist to work on my order first showed her my eye that it was red and watering. She said she cannot do anything about it.I left the store discontented.To put it bluntly, my experience with CVS's customer pick-up service was an absolute disaster. The slow pace, the unnecessary wait time, and the absence of any valid reasons for the delays left me seething with anger.Please DO NOT go to this store.

I bought 3 Roblox cards from this CVS went home and my grandkids said only one worked I went back to CVS and was told with or without the receipt we do not refund on our cards well a waist of time their should be a way to check any cards before you leave the store anyone can switch or take the good ones and put bad cards I don't know if I will ever buy gift cards again.
