Rude, disrespectful, horrible customer service AND I feel I was profiled at this store (I have NEVER felt profiled in my life-first time for everything).I, as a guest, was more helpful to their other shoppers than their staff. SAD.I regret purchasing anything here after I was treated the way I was. Will try to avoid this CVS at all costs until there is a leadership change.Shopper BEWARE you may get profiled here!

CVS website shows a rapid test as available. Clerk confirmed it was not available and then hung up the phone. About as rude as you could get in a response.

This CVS has given me more disappointment than any other location has before. The managers DO NOT CARE about their customers or supporting their team members on the sales floor. I trusted this location with my personal rolls of film photos to be developed and over a span of 3 months, two rolls never came back. On two separate occasions, the same manager (a woman with black curly hair) told me to list my name/number down and said she would call to find out where the missing film went. She told me she would call me back to let me know what happened but fast forward a month later and she NEVER contacted me back. At this point, I realize this team could not be trusted. I came back today to speak to a manager in person about my missing rolls of film and I could clearly hear the associate talking to a manager over their walkie-talkies. But a manager NEVER came out to speak to me and the poor associate helping me felt so bad because she did not know what to do. The associate and I felt so unsupported and confused. She ended up calling a manager on her personal device who then told her to just give me the CVS Support number and to figure it out on my own. The associate even found the paper with my name/number on it and said "We don't even know what that manager was doing with this. She never told any of us about this situation and we haven't seen her in a long time." I've never left a negative review before but after this horrible experience and loss of BOTH my money AND my personal film photos of my family/friends, I felt compelled. I've also never requested to speak to a manager before and yet these managers did not even care to give me the time of day after countless disappointing interactions. I will not be going back to this location and I post this as a warning as I wouldn't want anyone else to have a similar experience. The management team does not care about their accountability, putting customer service at their forefront, or supporting their greater team when they need help. I just want my photos back :(

I came here for my second dose of the COVID vaccine. I got the shot and they said I need to sit at the pharmacy for 15 minutes after the shot. I came there with my two kids and my 4 year old son needed to go to the restroom right after I got the shot. The pharmacy staff and the manager won’t let my little son go to the restroom in the shop, so I had to leave before this 15 minutes passed, and go look for the restroom for my child. They kicked me out right after the shot.

This CVS has good selection of items you would expect from a drug pharmacy store. Service is always good and most clerks are knowledgeable about whether they have certain items or where they are located in store.

Dirty store, poor customer service and extremely incompetent manager and store associate. Totally clueless about CVS policies and just kept bad-mouthing corporate CVS. Go here on a beautiful weekend if you want to burst your bubble.

I am trying to schedule an appointment for coronavirus vaccine, and it does not give me any option to schedule one. It is a poor experience. I called, and just suggest to use their web to schedule, but the it is not working.

I had a medical procedure and needed a prescription, plus some meds. CVS was the only pharmacy to carry what I needed. Contactless delivery to our car trunk with contactless payment. Fast and efficient! A+.

Some of the staff need to be told not to have their friends act as their security if they think there is a person they don't want in the store, which at this point is every other person that enters the store. Attempting to trap people is a waste of time and potentially illegal. This is getting really dangerous at many places, not just this CVS.

So I see the overall rating is low , have to read through and see why But I can say probably use them about 4 times a month and the service is always friendly, helpful and as quick as possible given the number of people that might be there. I've received a lot of support when trying to figure out a discount on a specific medicinal and the patience with customer support has been great. So give them a try and decide for yourself , but A++ from me

Friendly employees that are always willing to help but if they find you suspicious they make it pretty obvious that they are calling in for security to watch you on the cameras. Photo center customer service is basically useless but I guess that's just due to no one ordering prints anymore and lack of experience.

Every time I pick up a prescription it is a nightmare. The woman who works the front desk consistently messes up my prescriptions and it is always at least a half hour ordeal. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
