Customer Service at Lowes is shit, and I am amazed there is no link to complain or provide feedback on their website. This is what happens when you have a duopoly (Lowes and Home Depot.) They can skirt on with shitty service for years. I ordered an appliance from Sunnyvale Lowes. On the day of delivery, I got a text message that it was delivered, but I had been waiting for them and there had been no delivery. I talked to two people in customer service at Lowes. Amber Sunnyvale Customer Service. Sierra 1-800-445-6937 Customer Service. Amber assured me she would look into it. And then I never got a call back from her. I then talked to Sierra, and she said there was a delivery photo uploaded and that meant it had been delivered. The photo could have been of anything and anywhere and that was all she needed. After my protestation she told me, it looked like the appliance had been delivered near a pool. My gated complex does have a pool, so I went and checked and told her there does seem to be a brown box there by the pool. She said I had confirmed on a recorded line that it was delivered and now I could not walk back my words. After much arguing she finally relented and agreed that it had not been delivered to my address (leaving it by the pool was not delivery) and she asked me to talk to the delivery driver (which was a third party, since Lowes outsources its delivery.) I told her I paid the delivery charges to Lowes, and it was not my job to deal with the delivery drivers. She nevertheless transferred me to the third-party delivery company. The person I talked to was: Joey Customer Service Same Day Gig Service Joey immediately said he was not supposed to talk to me, refused to give me the phone # and said I should call Lowes customer service. After a few back and forth he agreed with me that the delivery had not been completed and promised to talk to the drivers. I did not expect any help from any of them but after a few minutes the drivers came back and delivered the appliance at the front door of the unit (which is on second floor.) The drivers, who barely spoke any English, mentioned the dispatch did not have the unit/apt # and hence they left it at the pool. So, who really helped me? I have no idea since no one checked back with me, but I think it was Joey who told the drivers to go back. Amber never bothered calling back to check if everything was ok and Sierra was more interested in catching me in words than making things right. Lowes Customer service is useless. They are just a hyped warehouse space for appliance makers to store their appliances, from where third-party delivery drivers, deliver to residences. The only job that Lowes is supposed to do well is coordinate and provide customer service and they SUCK at that only job. Pathetic Lowes.

An older woman working the garden section register was very upset that I had a cart full of plants. She didn't want to search for the bar codes so I handed her each plant and she insisted some items in the cart weren't scanned so she scanned them again (when I got home I was double charged for 3 items). She asked me to hand her the cactus and I said "you mean the dragon fruit?" and she said "whatever, I don't care anymore". She told other people to get out of line and go do self check out so that she wouldn't have a line. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, she was making me feel nervous and unwanted.

Lowe’s is a beautiful store with good stuff but finding someone to help is so difficult. More experienced associate would really help.

I bought a GE washer Nov.2023 and the washer messed up Jan.2024, i only had the washer for 2 months, so i called the store to ask about the return policy, the young lady who answered the phone immediately started going off before I was able to talk to a manager. So i spoke with Tarsha, she guided me on what to do. i called GE about the washer, I call back to tell Tarsha what they said, i guess the young lady recognize my voice she hung up on me 3 x. i work in customer service also so I know you should treat others with respect kindness and be polite. When i finish talking with the customer service young lady I felt bad, sad, frustrated, irritated, horrible and very confused, trying to figure out what did I do wrong by being a great customer and asking a concerning question.

Good and well organized store with almost everything you need for home improvements, maintaining, lighting, moving and so on. They also started selling electric bikes.

Start the first thing I noticed the customer service was super rude and super not helpful. The management of this place needs to get more training because they are not running the store right. I don't even know how they're even open. I ended hoping someone in the parking lot because they wouldn't help them load things into their car and there are roughly around 70 years old. While there was people whom seems like they were working in customer service, but they were outside smoking. I'm just staring at me because I was hoping if there's older woman who was roughly around in her 70s trying to load a vanity into her car. And then the next day I saw they post a ad about hire position for sale got the news to go interviews and It was 10 am and I went into the store to the customer service desk. Zero help add 00 none at all nice things that came out of this customer service persons, mouth, Only rude things and I was. Not happy about it .any she told me go home at 10 to come back 12 in very rude way and then this manger step in and they were arguing back-and-forth that we are not hiring, and was hire and then they look me and told me come back very nasty ton of voice at 12 pm when the interview on the website said to be there at 10 and I went home and came back 12 . They were back to arguing back-and-forth about who can do the interview and I was about to walk and look me force a unhappy manager to do the interview and the interview ended up being less than three minutes and then he said we will contact you in less than four days if you got it or not. Less than 24 hours into this interview process they said no, and then quickly took down that post, so whoever is doing this hiring process or posting should not have this position because it's a complete waste of time energy, and bs and idk why this store is running and operation. My best advice just stay away from this complete mess .I think ur better off going Home Depot down the road or in San Jose .

A lot of - but not all Lowe's stores closed a few years ago. This one is still open and it is a decent alternative to The Home Depot.

I needed help returning an item. I called this store more than 10 times but everytime after a long hold, store associate (once was Claire) hung up on me the moment I started explaining. I asked them to transfer me to the store manager but never answered phone.very rude and unprofessional.

We received outstanding customer service from the Lowe's Store Manager - David C. Unfortunately we had a problem with an appliance we purchased, but David quickly resolved the problem. We'll definitely be back to purchase appliances from this Best Buy. Thanks.
