home depot provides free delivery for lots items now, even some cheap ones. check before you go to the store. for the items only could get in store, there is only one door open to enter and the other for exit. lots of desks open for self service but only for items with barcode on it.

The only reason I go here is that it's the closest home center to my house. Some of the least helpful staff of any retail outlet in the Bay Area. Install the app on your phone, use the app to find what you are looking for; it's pretty good at telling you exactly where things are. The only flaw with using the app to find things is the staff doesn't keep inventory well, so even if the app says the store has 20 of the thing you are looking for. there very well may be zero in stock.

I recommend that Home Depot hires store staff that actually care about customers, and want to help them. I come to this store because it's convenient, but store staff is an endangered species. To add, the personnel at the self check could learn some lessons on greeting and assisting customers.
75 percent of the time, the self checks do not work, and yet, most transactions are done on these machines.

Great selection, excellent staff and fair prices. I have successfully used their website to check for local availability. I particularly like their support for veterans.
