Impossible to speak with a sales person, called both the 800 number and the local phone number was hung up on and never connected. When I provided the recommended Sales person's name that I was trying to get in touch with, they disconnected the call???

When researching new machines for our offices, I found four authorized dealers on Ricoh's website. Within minutes, Doug Wilson of Rabbit Office Automation returned my call. Being new to copiers and printers, I didn't know what questions to ask, but Doug explained everything, and gave me important insights on what I should look for. After meeting with three companies (one didn't even return my call), it was clear that ROA was the best choice.

I have been a client of ROA for the past 12 years. I have found their entire staff to be well educated and up to speed with all the new technology involved with the ofice equipment industry. Tony Sourji has been my sales rep for the entire 12 years. That alone is amazing in an industry where personnel bounce around more than a basketball.

I have been a client of ROA for the past 12 years. I have found their entire staff to be well educated and up to speed with all the new technology involved with the ofice equipment industry. Tony Sourji has been my sales rep for the entire 12 years. That alone is amazing in an industry where personnel bounce around more than a basketball. While working with ROA, we have upgraded our equipment 3 times. We are currently in the midst of another upgrade. I also work with 2 other vendors in the Southern California area. By far, ROA is more technically advanced and is always willing to meet with me to discuss the pros and cons of upgrading equipment. They take the time to make sure they understand all of my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend that you take the time to discuss your needs with this company before making your final decision on office equipment.

I was skeptical re: outsourcing our printers. Couldn't imagine that an outside firm could contain our costs. I was wrong. Not only did our costs drop dramatically. But our service quality improved overnight. The Ricoh equipment we now use features long-lasting, eco-friendly toner... which is automatically replenished. Rabbit sales and support has proven honest, reliable, and ready to assist. Big thumbs up!
