Waste of money, didn't clean the back of car at all. The manager Hari(not sure he gave us his correct name) didn't listen to our complaint and said this is what we'll get for the money. He said there is no pressure at the back and it cleans just the front and top. His behaviour was unprofessional, better I would've cleaned myself.

I never thought it was possible to hate a car wash business Do not waste your time here-- came here for my first time in a rush to get a car wash, but I really should've just driven a bit further to go elsewhere. 1. The car wash was broken and jank. The metal rotator that helps push your car forward while on neutral didnt work. If it did, it's only because the workers lifted the metal railing, stepped inside, and somehow manually pushed it up. If your tire was slightly misaligned, you would also hear super sharp piercing noises. Something is clearly wrong with the entrance 2. My car was stopped in the MIDDLE of my car wash. The water and soap just ...,, remained on my car and then I was told to just drive out and go back around for a new wash 3. After I parked to check for any damages and to vacuum my car, a worker told me to move to a different spot... which I don't understand why several lanes were vacant; there was no point in me moving lol

If I could give them zero stars I would for the gas station/gas services. Cant speak for the car wash. Card readers for the gas station were broken. Said to pay inside, I waited 15 minutes and no one attended to me, I tried waving at the employee outside helping at the wash for 5 minutes and nothing. So I left, DONT waste your time here go down the street and go elsewhere

One of the reasons why your going for a car wash is for it to get cleaned. When i get there, i asked the Spanish guy if they will clean interior and exterior and he said yes, so i expect it will be cleaned when it's done, and it didn't mention about the time frame of 20mins to get it cleaned. Maybe next time, you should put it on the board that washing our vehicle should be finished within 20 mins time frame/weather its clean or not, so that way, customers won't be expecting so much, and that we should be bringing our vehicle when its not too dirty. And also i guess you will not accept any feedback from customer because what i know is there's should always room for improvement so that way you could work on your ratings. Losing one customer or more could still a great impact to you and your business.

I initially liked this place because it's slightly cheaper than the self-service Rainbow Wash down the street and never has much of a line. Well, after three or four times coming here, almost every time I have been interrupted in my vacuuming by the owner who ushers me to the last (7th) vacuum which is the weakest one and hardly vacuums anything. This time was the final straw because his reasoning was "it's too busy"... there was only one other car there for vacuuming. I've attached pictures as proof. I don't know if the owner has some personal vendetta against me or what but this is the last time I'm coming here. My advice? Just pay the extra couple bucks ($18 here vs $20 at Rainbow wash for similar service) and DIY and save yourself the headache.

As an update with management this is the same story Paul has been saying to others that it is pre existing damages. My car was bought and taken to the car wash same day so no pre existing damages. He refuses to show evidence of there being damage. I will be taking him to work and I would highly urge you to never ever take you vehicle here.

Avoid this business!!!! Trust your gut with all the negative reviews you read about this business. The $32 premium wash with triple foam conditioner is a scam to get your extra $5. I've been going here on and off for years only because it's close to my house and if I'm in a hurry. The car wash has always been mediocre but it would suffice. About a month ago I went for a $32 wash with triple foam conditioner. I realized that the pink and blue foam did not dispense. So I nicely tried to talk to the manager on site who said no one has complained about the triple foam conditioner before. I told them I was not leaving until I got what I paid for. We ran it through a second time and still no pink and blue foam. Eventually I was told to call Paul. Our conversation started off good at first and he offered to send a technician to check it out and that I would get a free car wash. So I go back today for my free car wash and lo and behold, still no triple conditioner. At this point I'm never coming back to this place but I call Paul to let him know the equipment was still not working even though they swore the technician was out there the day before. I had a couple of workers confirm that indeed another car that paid the $32 did not get the triple foam either. The truth is that many people pay the extra $5 for the triple foam conditioner but don't realize they didn't get what they paid for. Anyway, Paul ended up hanging up the phone on me (very rude) then he calls the manager and tells them to stop cleaning my car. The worker right away put my mats back in and signaled me to come get my car. Those poor workers are scared and they do whatever they are told. At this time I am livid but decided it was not worth it anymore to argue. I am never going back here.

Horrible experience. we were asked to move out of our vaccume spot half way to another area because we had not taken the $30 wash. there are no boards mentioning and while asking WHY? we were answered “it is our rule”. Horrible experience

This was the first time coming to this car wash. I don’t understand the bad reviews. They did a great job with cleaning my car which has been mostly on the drive way for almost a year! I came back later to get my minivan washed s as well. The interior vacuuming was great. Moved all seats and cleaned very well under seats. I’m going to be coming back here next time I need a car wash!

Paul H., Manager - Sunnyvale Carwash: [ I would have emailed you, but you don't provide an address anywhere... ] I purchased the car wash monthly pass because it includes use of the vacuums. I was just scolded by one of your staff members for vacuuming (the drivers-side floor mat) WITHOUT Getting a car wash FIRST ! ? I didn't need a wash; NOR did I want a wash because I DID NOT Feel like wiping the Hard Water SPOTS -- (left by your NON-spot-free rinse) -- Off the ENTIRE car, AGAIN... but none of that mattered to your representative, "NO VACUUMING WITHOUT WASH FIRST!" Please Advise.

Drove thru and told them I wanted the interior and exterior of my car washed and all I got was the exterior washed. The exterior of my car was cleaned really quickly and not thorough. He did not rinse the whole right sidethe car before driving thru. The managerhad me move to 3 different bays before telling me they didn't actually charge me for interior when I said from the beginning thats what I wanted. After waiting there for 35 minutes I decided to just leave instead of waste more time. Terrible customer service. won't be back.

I visit today morning for wash my car the old guy with cap was screaming the exit guy with no reason that was horrible plz say him to change him behavior with co employees and customer never visit this place again

If I could, I would give this place a 0 star review. Originally I was pretty satisfied with the car wash until I noticed a small-medium sized stained. I have a hunch that it came from the soap used to clean my car. This was definitely not here before I came. I asked the cleaner about this and he straight up lied to me and said I must have hit somebody or somebody hit me. I don't think this soapy blue stain could be from anywhere else but here. I was able to remove most of it with some elbow grease and water but not all of it. Becareful when you come. Permanent damage could be done to your car.

I am disappointed that I have to do an update on this review. After I got home I noticed that there was a big chunk of paint stripped off the back of the car. I wasn't 100% sure if it was there before the car wash so we used our security cameras to double check, and sure enough the video before I drove to the car wash the paint was all intact. We called to discuss this with Paul and he said he would look into it. A week went by and after trying to reach him, he finally wrote back and said that his cameras showed that the damage was there before, but when we asked for evidence he wasn't willing to show us. And when we pushed him harder he admitted that he doesn't have any evidence. He could've kept us as customers and hundreds more as customers if he was willing to fix his mistake. I feel sad for him and his poor business judgment. I always give places benefit of the doubt because sometimes yelp reviews are not always accurate and you only get the angry customers. However you can see that I went from absolutely being thrilled with this place to definitely not ever recommending it to anybody. As being a long time Sunnyvale resident I feel ashamed that a business like this is in our town.
