We used to shop here when it first opened which feels like a lifetime ago. It is still nice but damn the area is finally popping off. They closed for what I assume was renovations and I have not been back since as I left CA before the reopened...

Guest services were not helpful! I kept calling about my order not being delivered. I will not be back to this target location.

There is someone parked and walking to this closed Target every minute while I am taking a business call in my car at the parking lot. Is there a better way to let the public know this store will be closed from when to when?

I love this Target. Considerably presentable than the Mountain View branch. However, this Target is CLOSED! Sad.

Decent Target in the heart of the Sunnyvale shopping center that's hip and new. It's a pretty typical Target, so that great. You just to take an escalator to get there. If you want a new Target that looks like all the rest, then this one is for you.

2 stars for the Drive Up service here. All the Drive Up parking is in full sunlight (beside a fully shaded parking garage, taunting). It's 82 degrees out and I've been waiting in my car getting sweatier and sweatier for 15 minutes. Target notified me that my order was ready and I used the app to notify it that I was on my way, which was 20 minutes notice--so there was ample time for them to grab the bag with my already ready order. Someone else was already here waiting in the Drive Up parking. Who knows how long she was here before me? For comparison, I just came from the Redwood City Target and it took about 2 minutes for my Drive Up order there, with less notice since I live closer to that one.

Paola, thank you. You demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. Your ability to assess the situation and communicate effectively to find a resolution made my day. I was aggravated with my previous experience @ the Fremont hub; I was told my item couldn't be returned at their location. I called here and expressed my frustration with the lack of communication. Paola didn't hesitate to take action and made me feel like a priority. She went above and beyond to carefully explain the return policies to me. She welcomed me to come in store to discuss the matter further. The store was blatantly busy when I arrived but despite this she took time to ensure I was helped. We resolved the issue and even convinced me to sign up for targets red card! I gladly did so and I will 100% return. #paolaisbuiltdifferent #communicationgamestrong

As a kid I used to wonder why my parents and teachers loved Target so much. Now I know why.. I go in usually 1-2 times a week to pick up random stuff. They pretty much have everything one could want except fresh food. I usually stroll the aisles for 30 minutes just to look around and end up with a $50 basket full of stuff. This place kind of has a weird setup in that it's all on the second floor, so I usually drive to the Pear parking lot and park up there so I can just walk on the pedestrian bridge. Makes me feel classy.

Why is it that when a customer comes up the escalator with an item and receipt in hand, starts walking to customer service, where there were 5 workers who all of a sudden disperse and start acting like they are 'working', ignore that customer? Horrible service! Oh 'so-so' will be right with you. One completely walks away from the counter, another walks passed me saying that 'so-so' will be with me, two act like they on hold with a customer on the phone and one walks to put a reflector vest on and starts folding the reflector vest. Then one of the two 'on the phone' tells the one with the vest to help me. NONE OF YOU WERE DOING ANYTHING! It literally took a minute to return.

This review is for drive up order service. When I came back home and opened the bag I found the Gogurt has an expiration date of 3/23/2021 and one side of the box open. I was furious because it's just $2.99 and doesn't worth going back to return but I really need it today. I called the store and no one answered the phone. Can't imagine what could happen if I didn't notice this and gave them to my kids. Sunnyvale Target please make sure not to sell expired dairy products!

One of the main reasons I shop at Target instead of Safeway or Walmart is the friendly cashiers...but not any more. After filling my cart with over 50 items, I went to the front and saw 4 self-check out kiosks open and no regular cashiers. I inquired and was told that the store was short on cashiers and that they were unable to open an aisle. However, after one other person with a full basket and I clogged up the line as we checked out, she did open two registers with human beings. After finishing my check out and waiting 10 minutes to complain to the manager, he told me he had no control and to fill out this survey. Self-checkout should be optional for people with only a few items. The fact that I was forced into self-checkout has demoted Target to CVS status in my mind, and I will not be back. I figure that if enough people vote with their wallets Target will realize that self-check out comes k with a cost to your bottom line.

I always stop by this target when I am in the area. It is a larger store and has a lot of options that I dont always find at other locations. The store is clean and easily navigated. Food selection is on the smaller side though.

When i visit target i feel like buying everything. For a person with good aesthetic sense, it would be hard to resist its home decor, bath, bedding and cutlery section. I love visting target and never have i returned buying nothing. The products are well arranged, staffs are courteous and priced reasonably good.. ( except few stuff which are pricey than walmart and amazon). But Target never disappoints you with their quality of products and variety of stock.

Guest service is a joke. They wouldn't price match the ONLINE price on their own website! They would scan using the mobile app but it was ringing up higher than what it would show online at www.target.com on my safari. So weird that it's all not the same price, it's not like it's clearance or a sale. I was getting a birthday cookie, it was showing up $1.99 at target.com on my safari. It's not a screenshot or anything, it was a refreshed updated page. But the employee would scan with the mobile app and it would show up as $2.39. Very rude customer service. I've noticed their prices are also $1-3 more than other targets/online price.

I feel very unsafe going to this Target as they no longer monitor the entrance for COVID-19 capacity!!! In the beginning they did a great job of monitoring how many people were allowed in the store, but now it's free for all!!! I urge this Target to revisit their operations and to take both the pandemic and the Santa Clara ICU capacity seriously and re-instate their monitoring of how many people are allowed in the store at one time. Take a note from your neighbor, Whole Foods, when your parking lot is full you should have a line of people waiting to get into your store.
