Much like CVS, this pharmacy is also sloppy concerning pain medications. I would be there on time to get the medications, and then I got yelled at by one of their lousy employees who was lying to me by claiming that I will get addicted, I'm there too soon, etc. So I switched to CVS, and now to Camino Pharmacy at that Sutter Building because they are knowledgeable and competent. The management for these sloppy pharmacies need to be blacklisted for life and beyond.

The staffs here are rude and customer experience is extremely bad. Don’t recommend unless you didn’t have other choices. I came here to buy a syringe for my sick cats but I couldn’t find it. I went to ask the cashier, she didn’t raise her head and told me to look for it in aisle 28. However, I still couldn’t find any. Then I press the button to call for customer service. I waited for 5 mins but no one showed up. I have to give up and try at different stores. Guess what I found? Two employees were chatting at the counter!!! That’s my story motivating me to leave such a negative comment. Before this story, I visited this store for photos and vitamins. However, I won’t come back any more.

Madele the store manager was extremely rude and refused to assist! clipped my coupon as instructed by her I had another question and she snapped at me and just walked away! So because it showed zero in stock in their system it would not accept the clipped coupon Waited for the manager Madele to come back but she never did! Poor customer service and now I no why this store has such a poor rating!! Starts with poor management!! Will never buy anything from this location again!

I scheduled an appointment for a vaccine prior to travel abroad, and when I arrive in pharmacist told me not only do they not have the vaccine in stock, but they never do. The website allows you to schedule any vaccine nationwide, regardless of whether it is in stock at a particular location. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Pharmacist at this location refused to dispense the medicine. She said I don't need it. Walgreens' response is Pharmacist can indeed refuse to fill your prescription and nothing they can do about it.

They don't sell syringes without a prescription, which I think is the only Walgreens in existence that doesn't. My aunt has had multiple amputations due to being diabetic, it's hard for her to get from the living room to her bedroom let alone into the car then all the way to the back of a store to the pharmacy and back. If you think you're helping by not selling them, you're not, you're only hurting, why do you think you're the only store that has that policy?! I wouldn't b**** so much if I didn't spend $15 to Uber here just to have to spend another $10 to get to the next Walgreens and $18 to get back home (since Uber only waits 5 min at any stop), when I would have only had to spend the first 15 round trip. Whoever came up with that great idea is an idiot, thanks for the waste of time and money.

Very unhelpful staff. I purchased three photo cubes from their photo center and they came back with grainy photo quality and the edges were misaligned, like it was glued together very sloppy! Their online customer service said they would provide a refund, but it had to be in store. When I went back to this store to get a refund, I waited several minutes at the counter while the staff finished complaining to each other about their working hours until they noticed customers waiting for them. Then they proceeded to tell me I could not get a refund. Terrible experience and don't recommend their photo products. Poor quality and service!

The lady is very unprofessional and unkind, I had the worst customer service here, and her attitude was like she doesn't like her job.I want to return one product that I bought in other Walgreens, and she doesn't want to receive it.She told me If you bought in other Walgreens go to that store!It never happened to me in the past, sometimes I returned in others Walgreens without any problem.This lady need better attitude and a better customer service training!!!

This is a bad Walgreen's; must be a management problem. Happened to be in the area and needed to drop-off a FedEx package. You'd think it would be a quick in-n-out but it was not. They had to page someone twice to help me (Yes, I had to ask a second time). The employees are incompetent and lazy nor do they seem to want to work there. My box ended up not being picked up today even though it was dropped of before the pick-up time.

I made an appointment on the website for a flu shot at 5 pm. I filled out few pages of forms on line and showed up for the appointment. When I told them I was for the flu vaccine, they told me they don't do vaccinations after 4 pm as they're short staffed. When I asked why they accept appointments on the web past 4, they said I need to take that up with corporate and they didn't even apologize. A very unprofessional people they have at the pharmacy.
