Once again this Walgreens seems to always disappoint not only is their customer service SHIT as always, but they never seem to have enough people on the register until the very last minute when people pile up. Just walked in not too long ago to get hairspray and as I'm heading out to the checkout line there is more than 10 people in line and one cashier open. What kind of fucking business runs shit like this with one person while they have multiple employees on the floor stocking. Have some common sense and good sense of urgency will never be coming here again I'd rather drive the extra mile than to come here down the street

The pharmacy is the best in the area. Great hours and helpful attitude. If they notice a line at the pharmacy then they add another person at the counter. We have never been asked to come back later for a flu shot. The whole store staff has been helpful and well mannered since my family started going there over 15 years ago.

You need to list your pharmacy hours too on this Yelp listing. Alot of people show up to Walgreens with intent to pick up medication and setting up very bad customer expectations if your pharmacy hours are not the same as the store's closing hours and they use this page to view hours and show up and the pharmacy is closed. Please list them on this page.

The best pharmacy ever. It's small, but mighty. Every employee has been great to me. Eager to help. This is my pharmacy! I take multiple medications and when there is an issue with my script- the pharmacist fixes it. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, polite and always with a kind word! The store is clean and orderly. My local Walgreens for 20 years plus! Thank you SUNNYVALE WALGREENS!!!

I called to pick up my prescription and the employee was extremely rude. It was such an inconvenience to be treated with such a disrespectful attitude. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Never busy & always clean. I've come here for an emergency milk run a few times and they always seem to be out of stock when I need it but otherwise I have nothing negative to say about this store.

Pharmacy is super reliable and helpful! At other places, we've had trouble with prescriptions not actually being available when the pharmacy says they will be, even when we call ahead and check. Since we switched to this pharmacy everything has been so much easier!

It really pains me to write this review, as I am a huge Walgreens supporter to the point that I refuse to shop at any other pharmacy. However, this location is the worst. This is the closest and most convenient Walgreens location for me personally, but after only ever having bad experiences here, time after time, I have decided it's just not worth it anymore. I have given this location more than their share of chances, but I just can't justify shopping at this location anymore. The service is terrible. I call ahead to ask if photo orders are ready, been told that the order is ready, then multiple times have to wait 20 plus minutes in the store for the "completed" photo orders to finish up. I've rang the service bells before that are supposed to send someone to help you, and the service request will repeat 3-4 times over the loudspeaker before anyone comes. Basically there is never anyone to help you, period. The employees seem and act disengaged. I've even had employees be blatantly rude to me, and I'm not a rude person...I always assume positive intent. I still support Walgreens, but I will be shopping at other locations from now on; the extra drive will likely ultimately save me time, not to mention frustration and negative experiences.

I walked into this Walgreens yesterday late morning and was told inside the entrance by the employee working at the first cashier station, I needed to leave because I did not have a mask on - that wearing a mask was the law. I informed this employee that this statement is not true. It is a recommendation and not the law. She insisted it was. So she is misinforming customers and turning them away. I then went to other stores throughout the day, Target, Rite Aid, Costco and there were certainly customers who were not wearing a mask, allowed to enter. This morning, I went to the Walgreens on 780 E El Camino, Sunnyvale and there were several customers without masks on, and in fact, two at the cashier counter making purchases. I spoke with the manager there to verify whether or not they were requiring customers to wear a mask at all stores and he said no and that he would speak with the manager at this Walgreens. I hope this issue is corrected soon and that it's employees are giving customers the correct information.

Horrible manager. I understand the COVID rules but after working with COVID patients for the last 13 hours all I wanted to do was pick up my prescription and was turned away. I tried to reason with her because without my medication I have severe side effects but evidently I'll have to suffer those because she then hung up on me. I've wanted to switch pharmacies for a long time and this pushed me over the edge.

This Walgreen is in good location and there are plety of parkings in the lot though it could get crowded sometimes. The store is in general clean and neat. Most of their goods are in stock so I'll come back in the future.

All I need is every couple years forgetting how terrible their pharmacy services are lame, slow to force you to shop when you wait around 55 minutes in a line like was 50 years ago. Back to my mail delivery service.

I ordered photo cards from their website and selected a pickup the next day. I got an email confirming my order was ready and two hours later I went to pick them up, only to be told it's not ready. I pointed out the email and they said "well, they send the email when they're printed but we still need to cut them and get the stuff together." I came back 90 minutes later and yes, they were cut but I still had to wait for him to put it in boxes, get the envelopes, etc.. another 10 minutes. Honestly, I think no matter when I had come, I would've had to wait 30 minutes for them to cut and package them. So, not only is their estimated completion time a lie, so is the email saying they're ready. I understand they're busy but then just give us a later time and don't make me come back twice and wait so long.

Just bought a pecan with the best to sale date of Nov, 2018 today. I found it on the way back home, so I had to drive back to return. The cashier mentioned to his coworker that someone else also returned a chocolate with expired date. Seems nobody checked the expiration date in store.

I came here to say thanks to the kind girl at the pharmacy. Despite negative reviews I came here to refill a prescription and she was kind, attentive and helpful. She needed an approval for my refill, so she opened another register to help another person in line while waiting for the pharmacy manager to come and release mine. I feel this pharmacy deserves a positive review because it appears so many have had an opposite experience. Thanks to the two ladies who helped me tonight.
