0 stars for the pharmacy. You can drive from San Jose , wait 20 mins in line and still be on hold on the phone. They refuse to fix their understaffing issues.

used to be a pretty good store, but lately getting prescriptions from this store is a like being in a 3rd world country. Lines are ridiculous and they dont answer phone in pharmacy. Walgreens.. I get that the pandemic was tough on all businesses, but Walgreens corporate leadership hasnt done squat to address employee pay and or satisfaction so that they can keep customers happy.

Ok Walgreens. Just be aware they closed down photos services and passport photos. They don't have enough staff anymore, so I was told they've had to close down photos services.Hopefully they'll update their website so customers know to try a different location for photos. Really eel bad for this store. Their very thin on staffing and you can tell the staff are feeling exhausted.

Had to drive here to develop some quick photos. CJ was super attentive at the photo lab and was quickly able to help when I had trouble uploading my photos. We were able to get our photos timely. I would totally come back here again.

Just left Walgreens after wonderful service from Judith in the photo department. This isn't the first time she has helped me out because I'm so clueless but she is so patient and she is very knowledgeable of what has to be done to correct an issue with the photos. I hope she and Mary both get a good pat on the back for being such great customer service ambassadors for Walgreens! Five stars!

Pretty good, probably in my top 10 favorite Walgreens. Too bad it was closed every time I came here. Probably wouldn't come back

This place is horrible and has been getting even worse every year. None of the workers could care about their jobs, which is fine, unless you're waiting 20 min to pick up a prescription and some crazy women is having a meltdown at the counter. Workers here will just look at you with glazed over eyes whenever you ask a simple question. Workers can't handle anything above and beyond the norm, and they can't be bothered to help with simple tasks. The recent break ins and thefts have made this, once good, store - into something that belongs in the ghetto. I've heard rumblings of this place getting shut down, and I cannot wait for it to be.

Deserves negative stars. Everyone at this pharmacy is an incompetent, entitled, and inept sack of shit. They'll hold your medication in one hand while dealing with another customer. They'll tell you to wait 30 minutes but not be even be ready by then! Then you'll come back 30 minutes later and they still won't be ready! Everyone at this pharmacy deserves to be shot, stabbed, sodomized, and replaced with actual competent professionals who care about your health and your time. This department is fucking disgusting. If you're reading, this, fuck you.

Dear Walgreens location: your Pharmacy has been closing at 6pm for months and you have never updated your hours online. I was prescribed critical medication that needed to be started immediately and the hours stated the pharmacy closed at 9pm. The doctors office sent the request in at 5pm and it was filled just before 6pm. We got there at 6:30 and the pharmacy was closed. Just PLEASE update your hours in the app, yelp, google, wherever. It's dangerous.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. I dropped a prescription yesterday 3:00pm and they took down my phone and date of birth. They said they will text me when it is ready. 20 hours later today i went to inquire as I have not heard anything. The pharmacy said they couldn't find my prescription on the file. After 5 people chaotically trying to find it and finally trey found it. This pharmacy is so chaotic and they have zero empathy about the patient and zero urgency. They are not in service of people.

This review is strictly for their pharmacy. I ended up at urgent care on Thursday and they sent my medication to this Walgreens location. Since I was in a lot of pain, I called prior to coming here to confirm that my medication was ready and was told that they have it so I headed over. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I stood in a long line and listened to 3 different employees being rude to the patients ahead of me and was appalled at their demeanor but wasn't going to say anything as I was in pain and just wanted to get out of there with my medication as fast as humanly possible. When it was finally my turn, I was told by Pablo that that not only do they not have my medication ready, but also apparently they never even received a prescription for me. Once they finally managed to locate the prescription (Pablo needed the assistance of 2 other coworkers to locate it), they argued with me that my medical insurance was not for pharmacy use (I always use this insurance at other Walgreens locations with no issues) and that I'd have to pay $160 for my medication. At this point, I wasn't going to argue as I was at the verge of tears in pain and I was ready to pay out of pocket for this medication so he went to get it ready for me. While all of this was going on, there were 2 other customers arguing with them over the same issue -- either being over charged for what insurance should cover or insisting that a medication isn't ready when the patient said he received a confirmation call a few days ago. Once they were finally ready to dispense my medication to me, I asked them to run my insurance one more time and to no surprise, it was only $10.75 at which point Pablo practically threw the bag at my face. Walgreens, get Pablo in check. He's seriously the rudest person that I have ever encountered in healthcare and with an attitude like his, he should not be allowed to work face to face with patients. This is the first and last time that I visit this particular location.

Give it negative if I could, just had my tooth extraction done in nearby dental office and came here to pick up pain killer before I head home. I was at 3 PM and the dude said medicine will be ready in a hour. 1 hour 45 mins later they still don't have my medication and refused to give me back my signed prescription paper so I could go somewhere else. Anesthesia is wearing off and I felt lot of pain, had to go back to the dentist to get few more shots. When I was back at 5:15 PM, they finally have my medication, Fuck these guys, I was hurting a lot

When I'm in the area I'll stop by to pick up some drinks/snacks and just browse the toy section with my kids. It's always clean and the cashiers are generally friendly. I've never tried getting photos or utilizing FedEx drop off, but I do notice there isn't always someone there. I usually see people just standing around waiting for a clerk.

A very poorly run Pharmacy. The asian guy who handles customers can do so by being a bit less confronting, instead of routinely barking instructions. Walgreens system is so antiquated, it asks for the same information again and again. These guys need to know AI has advanced pretty significantly. If Amazon could deliver medication in 24 hrs, these guys just don't stand a chance. I wanted to respond to their survey and unfortunately the walgreens receipt printout had an ink blotch making me guess the password. Tried twice with my guess'ed password and the invitation expired. Most of the staff here need to go on a crash course, urgently, on how to "gently" deal with customers. I will not use this particular pharmacy again. Posting these comments after 2 visits in less than a week.

I had a great experience at this walgreens for my online order pickup and for my vaccination, the staff were very customer friendly.
