Love this shop! The owner is such a sweet lady, and she has such an amazing selection of quality antiques, I find treasures to bring home with me every time I shop there. It is so fun looking at all of the items she has, there is a LOT to look at, something for everyone! Anyone visiting Sutter Creek who is interested in antiques, vintage items, or just wants to look at a bunch of cool stuff should stop by while in town.

Absolutely disgusting. Came in cause I saw something that caught my eye in the window, I attempt to walk in and the worker holds the door closed and calls me a slur. I am completely shooken up by this experience. Stay away if you do not originate from the caucasus mountains or have an ounce of melanin in your skin.

Came to Sutter's Creek to buy antiques for our home. But, the angry signs out front made us decide to leave the whole area and shop in a different town. I wonder if the other business owners in the area are aware that this level of ferocity driver's people away.

Signs on the window told me this wasn’t a place that welcomes everyone

Sutter Creek has a main street filled with delightful shops and restaurants that beckon tourists to come in and spend their money. The exception is this offensive eyesore of a store. The determined owner has littered the front windows with hostile handwritten and printed posters that warn the potential customer who, and possibly what, lies behind its doors. The gun threatening, anti-vax/anti-Fauci and political disinformation are spewed in your face as you pass the store. We can all choose not to patronize a nasty store owner's business but why would the Sutter Creek City Council not have regulations against allowing this political hate to be represented on their main street?

Rude and bigoted posters in the windows, these kind of people are hard to understand. The hate is so intense it's not worth the time to list the garbage they put up in their shop windows.

Should be named: Ignorant Bigot Boomers R' Us. Sutter Creek city counsel is ultra strict on signage and yet this nonsense is allowed? Pack up your tinfoil hats, your freshly printed disinformation chain emails and your overpriced yard sale junk and BE GONE.

Posters appear to have inaccurate historical information based on the locality of this retailer.

Racist store. Full stop. Do not go. This place is full of n*** and anti Black items. I didn't see the signs on the window until I left. I saw the black face items and was shocked. And when I left I noticed the racist signs all over the window. It's an anti vax, racist store. DO NOT GO.

This is an excellent antique store. The shop is packed full of various vintage items, great selection in here! I have found treasures here on every visit. The shop owner is a very kind lady, so nice to chat with, and she even has her pet cat there in the shop with her! This is one of my favorite antique shops around the Sutter Creek area. I can hardly wait to go back!

Love this store and the lady who owns it. Obviously, Chris Hillbrook the previous reviewer, does not understand the meaning of the sign he photographed.

This store is not following state COVID-19 guidelines. The signs outside say, "Only six people at a time," and "masks required," but when we came in, wearing our masks, she specifically said she only puts those signs up so the "cops will leave her alone." And then she went on a loud tirade about masks and the people who wear them. We were rolling our eyes at her ridiculous statements right about the time we noticed a large glass cabinet chock-a-block with N*** memorabilia. Needless to say, we left there immediately while she was doing the good old Karen fake smile and waving goodbye to us. Sad that this store is selling right-wing, extremist memorabilia and lying to customers about the safety guidelines they supposedly abide by. This does nothing but give Sutter Creek a bad name.

The owner of this junk shop is a real piece of trash. First thing I saw when I walked in was a display of N*** memorabilia. You could tell it wasn't for historical purposes, but more to show a shared ideology. Don't be fooled. This has NOTHING to do with being "conservative". We left immediately. This shop seems to be a stain on this town, but I will say that in most shops we visited the people who work there were not wearing masks. Not wearing a mask during a deadly pandemic indicates the kind of "I care more about my 'personal freedom' than I do about your life" attitude that seems to be pervasive in some of these rural towns. This racist shop and the overall vibe of this town made us never want to go back to Sutter Creek. If you're a white, right-winger you will feel right at home.
