Bank of America Incline Village - stay away! They will tell you your kids account is free, charge the monthly maintenance fee and then not refund it when you alert them to their error! Horrible customer service! GO TO US BANK or WELLS FARGO! No wonder they're closing BofA branches- they are horrible.

They know that they work for a company with a history of horrible customer service experience, so unless your account balance is in the millions they act like you're a nobody at this branch. I was actually shown the door and threatened for asking for a business card to use later when at home complaining.

They show consistancy in their unfriendly and poor service on several visits....rude and bordeline offensive teller basically told me to go elsewhere...so I did. Wells Fargo was helpful and friendly, so I'll be taking out a mortgage there.

Been a customer for years no problems and I usually just hit up the ATM machine with little to no wait. Drive through can get confusing.

I knew something was wrong when I went to pay for a coffee and a bagel with my debit card and I was declined for something that cost less than $3. Turns out someone had hacked Raley's the day before and I was one of thousands, maybe millions, of people who were affected. Kudos to B of A for quickly fixing the problem and reinstating my $$$, but it never should have happened in the first place. As a result, I know many of us clients were abruptly told that a security breach had taken place and we were being given new debit cards. Already wary of what had happened, I wasn't sure if this was actually a real notification or a scam. Pretty frustrating. On a local level, generally the people at the bank are nice enough, though it's a revolving door in there with, to me, seems like a lot of staff turnover.

This is your basic B of A location, with some quirks. The branch is old and is surrounded by a great many evergreen trees. My only observation is that they might want to reconsider the position of the drive-thru ATM. It's on an odd angle, as you enter off of Tahoe Boulevard. As I was pulling up to the ATM, a person who had parallel parked about fifteen feet away, waved their hands at me to stop, so they could walk and stand at the drive-thru. Ahh, we're not in Kansas anymore are we Toto. Yes, there is another ATM in the front for walk-ups. Just a helpful suggestion. :-D

"if it were a snake it would have bit me" hiding in plain site. Park near ACE hardware and walk to it. That's the easiest way to get to it.
