ATM swallowed the check we deposited. Caused a bunch of issues and now I have no checking account. BofA closed my account, employees refuse to tell me why and said my money will be sent by check in 10-12 days. This is not right. Noone knows anything because the account is closed. Lame excuse. There has to be some way of retrieving the account history. Got two letters, no check yet. Very bad service.
