Last time I was here to get my tires rotated they broke the stem on one of the tires, and then said it wasn't their fault and I had to pay to get it fixed. This time they told me on the phone when I made an appointment that I could wait around while I got my oil changed. Now I just spent 20 minutes driving here and found out that "wait around" means 3 hours.

Mechanics cosmetically damaged my vehicle and denied doing so. They are clearly untrustworthy and I’d never return.

Had a flat from a pothole on a snow storm day. They were closed on Sunday, but first thing Monday I went in to see if they can get a new tire on. At first they said they didn't have the size for my car so then I started calling other places to find somewhere that has it. Right as I was pulling out of the chevron to get on my way, the guy ran up to my car and told me to wait a second while they double and triple check. They ended having it and were able to put it in under 30 mins so we were on our way! Appreciate their help after a stressful weekend.

I bought snow chains at local hardware store. They referred me to chevron to install them. My wife and I went to chevron they looked at me then at each other said we already are off the clock. They were open for another 20 minutes, I even pointed this out to them. My wife explained my situation that we couldn't get to cabin without them and that I injured myself in industrial accident I couldn't do it. The female who worked inside looked at my wife then the two workers and walked away. They just said no we don't do that and we are off work. My wife told them we are willing pay them extra they said no. Luckily I went back to hardware store and worker did it for me. He explained to us that it's Saturday night those guys wanted get going home.

I'd give these guys 10 STARS if I could. Especially, Alex. While checking out after getting new tires installed/balanced, and all the normal fluids/oil replaced, Alex pulled out a cracked fuel filter that he replaced. He whipped out a light and showed me exactly where the crack was and why he recommended that it be replaced. I thought, "these guys are under new ownership" (surprised at the level of service). Then, Alex offered to show me the new one that he'd replaced. I took him up on it and we walked to my truck. Then he got down on his back in the puddled water and ice to show me the replaced part and why it was a good $60 investment. Finding this level of service/professionalism is next to impossible to find these days. So refreshing!! Especially from a young man.

In town and unexpectedly needed an oil change on a rental car. Staff was friendly, communicative and helpful. They managed expectations and took care of me as needed when I was able to make an appointment. Additionally they were super busy but still answered all my questions and treated me like a repeat customer. I saw multiple local repeat customers comes and go. They knew them by name and had a good rapport. I'll be back. You guys were great. Thanks!

My daughter visited this Chevron last week on a trip to Tahoe. $1000 and many hassles later, the local car dealership service station determined that her gas was tainted. Our hybrid froze and she was unable to drive it. It needed to be towed but AAA couldn’t tow it because they couldn’t even put the car into neutral.
