After MONTHS of dealing with US Bank on the phone to horrible results we finally went to our local branch. They fixed everything that the phone operators had done incorrectly. We had been having problems with multiple accounts for months. They had been set up incorrectly by online and telephone operators who were CLUELESS! Thank goodness for locals workers!!

Very unhappy with the unprofessional customer service here. I had a question about checks and checking that the Banker couldn't answer so she asked the Manager for assistance. S... the branch manager was very short with me from the beginning and made me want to take my business else where. This was the second time the manager has been snotty with me and provided little to no help with my situation. For this reason I will be changing banks entirely and taking my business else where. Being a small local business owner I will not accept this type of terrible customer service.

This is the bank that we use for work and I visit this location at least three times a week and I always have a good experience! There's never a very long wait time. They always have plenty of people working to ensure that you are assisted almost as soon as you walk in the door! Everyone is always smiling and friendly and you can tell they truly enjoy working with one another. That's not something you always find in a bank! Applying for loans is easy and the loan officers are always very helpful too

Not a very professional place. Manager is rude. She's like 20 years old and talks to you like your a kid when you have a problem. Yes it was my fault. But you didn't have to make me feel stupid I'm not at Banker. I was nice to her. I think she was irritated that day.
