Well i was very suprised on how i was given my change from a rental of a storage unit. The lady with the accent was very rude due to her throwing the change up on the counter with me this is my second unit at Stor Quest . The other 2 ladies that work there and are named valerie and Evelyn they are very friendly and helpful and always smiling while talking to you. I believe the manager should of been fired a longtime ago i have had several negative encounters with her

Sassy employees and sweltering units...I'm not a fan of having my collectibles melt or having surly zoomers speak to me snidely in fragmented sentences, strung together in their finest ghetto grammar. I imagine that the interview questions for their jobs were like, "What experience do you have at ignoring customers and telling them off if they ask you questions?" The long-haired, thin zoomer probably replied, "My tía been at the DMV for 26 years, and she been teaching me a lot of stuffs on how to be dealing with customers." The hiring manager probably squealed with excitement and exclaimed, "Oh, you're a natural!" This is just what I imagine, of course, and I have no proof beyond the behavior that I've encountered. When I initially rented, there was a polite and personable manager, whom I haven't seen since.
Another issue is that the units are constructed from flimsy materials that offer no relief from the local atmosphere. If it's 102 degrees outside, it's 112 degrees inside of the unit, and my collectibles have been melting. I have rented outdoor units elsewhere, and none have been unbearably hot, like this one. One star added because the units and facility are mostly clean. However, there's a smoking area on the 2nd floor, and the ashtray is never emptied. Speaking of the 2nd floor, the walkway is so narrow that the moving cart can barely squeeze through. The walkway floor is puckering and blistering, and it feels flimsy. To make matters more perilous, the railing is low and wobbles slightly. The 2nd floor should be condemned and reconstructed. The structure needs to be inspected by code enforcement.

Horrible service! Ever since it was switched to store quest there is no personnel during buisiness hours and dolly is always locked up. Never get a unit on second floor. Staff of the phone extremely rude and not willing to help. Elevator is slow as well. Price go up dramatically every year! Would never use store quest again!

I have been here for about 2 years now and it has been great! The place is very clean and easy to access, there have been no problems and my belongings are very secure here. Highly recommended!
