I called them for a special delivery since I am located in Orange County. I spoke with Steve and his wife and they are both super friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future. The arrangement was beautiful and just as expected based on their website.

I used this florist for my grandmothers surprise birthday 2/6/24. I started planning from out of state and was glad to be assisted by Marie. She took time to understand my vision and worked with me within my budget. Prior to my event I stopped by to check out the shop and meet my florist. Marie and her husband were very nice. I was pleased with my arrangements and thank them for helping to make my event a success.

What an exceptional experience from start to finish. I placed an order Friday night and requested a pick up at around 10:30am. I get a call from Steve shortly after about my selection of flowers. He states that he would have to alter my original selection due to one of the specific flowers not being up to his/the company's standard. At first I was saddened, but then he reassured me that he would choose a great alternative and even sent me a picture before it was finalized. I appreciate the transparency and the commitment to excellent customer service. I trusted his expertise and he didn't disappoint. I was even worried about my friend picking up the flowers since she was going solo (I live in San Francisco and she lives in Winchester). She said they boxed up the flowers and it was an easy pick up, which is so great to know! The last picture shows the flowers where they belong with the card I added during the online check out process. My friend's family experienced a death in the family and I wanted to send my love, even though I was on the opposite side of California. My friend said her aunt cried when she was given the flowers. I think that's the best compliment for the situation. You can't put a price on something like that. Another shout out to Steve. He really tied the experience together and I truly appreciate the call for the transparency and the text just to make sure I liked his alternative. I don't buy flowers like this often, but A Family Tree Florist has earned customer for life after my first buy here! Can't say thanks enough!!!

Thank you so much for helping me today ?I was canceled by the original florist for whatever reason the day before the funeral. The Family Tree was able to fix me an arrangement 30 minutes before the funeral that’s what I can excellent fast work I will tell everyone I know about your shop and I will be back. Again thank you so much. I might say looking at with the others you can tell it was done with love ?

Marie is absolutely wonderful! I was searching for wedding florals on a budget and Marie went above and beyond to make the most perfect arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnières for the day!! I loved the flowers and colors so much. Thank you, Marie!!!

I had such an amazing experience with Steve and Lori. I messed up the address to send my niece flowers and they immediately called me to verify. I picked “florists choice” to surprise my niece for her birthday. And told them she was having a hard day and she needed something bright and beautiful to make her smile. My niece is pregnant and due in two weeks but had to go to the hospital so I didn’t know if she’d be kept at the hospital to deliver or be sent home. Steve kept in contact with me through out the day to see what happened with her. She ended up being ok and was sent home. Steve knew how important the small window of time we had to have her be home for him to deliver them. He showed up and just about made her cry with joy. The flowers are exceptionally beautiful. And exactly what she needed. I am so thankful for this wonderful family owned and operated business who took care of my niece on her birthday while I’m 2000 miles away.Thank you so much Steve and Lori. I’m sure we will be seeing you soon when she finally has that beautiful baby girl ?

I had a great experience with this florist! I live out of state and ordered a "designer's choice" arrangement online with delivery in two days. The flowers arrived on-time and the photos from my friend exceeded my expectations. The arrangement is perfectly styled and I loved the cute touch of the watering can container. I would happily order from them again.

Walked in, staff made me feel like family. Told them my budget and what I was looking for, massively impressed! One of the best floral arrangements I've ever purchased. If I need flowers or plants, I'm going here. Support Small business that care and put love into their craft!

The flowers and balloon were nice but the chocolates I ordered were not the assorted box of chocolates that was listed. They sent a little bag of salted caramel chocolates that looks like it came from the grocery store. Very misleading when the listing says "Box of Chocolates" and has a picture of assorted chocolates, and then you get sent a specific kind of bagged chocolates. Ultimately, if you're buying from here only get the flowers and none of the add-ons that are available.
