I’m so grateful for the way Subaru went above and beyond for me during a really challenging time. What could’ve ended up stressful and disappointing turned into something surprisingly easeful and most importantly, human. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution that worked.
It’s rare these days to feel truly seen by a company, but Subaru made sure I did, especially the team at Hello Subaru. Special thanks to Matt, Dylan, and Erika for their care and willingness to accommodate my needs.

During check-in, we were greeted by a courteous staff member who informed us that Ashley would be arriving shortly to assist us. Shortly after, Ms. Ashley, our service advisor, approached my husband and me, letting us know she would be taking photos of our vehicle and that the service would take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. She then guided us to the waiting area.
About 40 minutes later, Ashley sent us a text message with a link to a video update from Elijah, the technician working on our car. Elijah’s video provided a detailed explanation of the services performed.
Soon after, I received a text from Ashley informing us that our vehicle was ready. At checkout, Ashley gave us a brief yet comprehensive summary of the work done on our car, and we are very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Ashley and Elijah.
I believe that sharing a video of the car technician explaining and reviewing the vehicle’s condition—from the windshield wipers to the rear brake lights, tire pressure, and air filters—is a truly innovative approach. I haven't come across any other dealership doing this before. I think it's excellent and appreciate the transparency, as it allows you to clearly understand what will be done to your car.
Thank you, Hello Subaru, for your service. Since this was my first time having our vehicle serviced at the recommended 6,000 miles, we are very pleased, and the process went smoothly.

I had an awesome experience at Hello Subaru when I came in to look at a Crosstrek. Matt, the sales manager, really went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. He was straightforward, professional, and made sure everything was clear and easy to understand. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the details and made me feel confident about my purchase.
Isaiah was also a huge help super friendly, patient, and supportive throughout. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable without any pressure. Together, Matt and Isaiah made a great team and made what can sometimes be a stressful process actually enjoyable.
I left feeling really good about my new Subaru and the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend this dealership, especially working with Matt and Isaiah.

I had stopped by a few days ago shopping around for cars and I just have to say this was an amazing dealership! I had walked in and was greeted by a very friendly woman named Jen. She was also the best client advisor I have ever had. I was confused since I don’t know much about cars but my client advisor and the sales manager Matt were both absolutely wonderful in helping me out. He was talking and explaining everything in such an easy way to understand. Every other dealership had either rude or stuck up kind of managers but this one was amazing. 5/5 this is a subaru store I’d recommend to friends and family!!

A big thank you to Daniel Corona and his team for the help with financing and trade for a Crosstrek. I would recommend this dealer due to the professional and non pushy attitude the sales dept have, as well as the service dept for their timely repairs. I came to Hello Subaru to buy a Crosstrek and had one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Sales manager Matt was not only rude and condescending, but openly offensive — making inappropriate gay jokes during our conversation. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling insulted and uncomfortable, and I’ve told my friends and community not to purchase from this dealership because of the way I was treated. Hello Subaru should not allow a manager like this to represent their brand.
