Such a Luxury place of service, especially with Jamie! Having curly hair, I came in nervous but left with more confidence and my hair felt the best it has ever been treated! It is hard to find someone that understands what I want with curly hair especially with trying to trim my hair without cutting too much. She thoroughly listened to what I wanted and she executed with precision and perfection. Jamie really is a jack of all trades. She has taught me something new about my hair every time I’ve seen her and gives the best advice on how to treat it in between appointments. Jamie has a client for life with me! This place is priceless ?? so inviting and clean. The calm spa setting in the wash room was awesome. Don’t think twice about coming here! It is soooo worth it. ?? ???? my hair was a mess and ARIANA with her hands of magic restored it back to life ?. Thank u so much! I will be returning back for my next haircut for sure ????⭐️❤️ my hair feels absolutely amazing ( I have 2C and 3A curls ☺️)

Had an appointment with Karissa and she's great with hair and does really well with curls. Loved my haircut and highlights and the advice she gave me regarding my hair texture. Loved my service so much I even gave her over 20% tips, and always was consistent when it came to over tipping. However Karissa is not accommodating at all, mind you I am coming in from Riverside just to see Karissa and was running 10 minutes late one day due to traffic, I texted her letting her know and she texted me back saying if I was more than 10 minutes late she'd move my appointment to another day. I thought this was due to the reason she may have other appointments back to back the day of mine, but once I got to the salon and had asked what her plans were for the rest of day she informed me I was her last client and she was going home. Another time, I was scheduled for an appointment to get a touch up on my highlights and weeks later she eventually ended up moving my appointment without even asking just a text saying that my appointment was moved, didn't end up replying due to having to take care of my sick father who was in the hospital. Finally, was able to text her back a week later informing her about my situation and apologizing for the late reply back and I never got a reply back from her. In my history of going to salons and working with hair stylists I have never been treated with such inflexibility, lack of understanding, and eventually ghosting lol.

I have been going to Elina for a couple years now. I am very picky with my natural dirty blonde/greying hair. She is a color genius, especially with blondes. She not only listens carefully to my requests but she intuitively does her creative magic every time. My hair has never been healthier and the grow out in between appointments is perfect. She is also a warm, friendly person to converse with for a couple hours. It was raining when I left my recent appointment and she walked me to my car with an umbrella because I had forgotten mine. Now that's service!

Aimee made my hair perfect for my son's wedding again! It was perfect that she was back in the area! She did my hair did my oldest son 5 years ago and came back again to same area and she was at this salon!

I'm so happy with my hair! I hadn't touched it in a year the ends were dry and sad and Val did an amazing job at communicating and getting the end result that I wanted. She was careful to keep my length and helped add a bit of volume to my thin hair with face framing layers. The way she styled it made me feel like a million bucks, thank you!

Went here because of positive reviews of Karissa for curly hair. Unfortunately my experience doesn't seem to line up with everyone else's, the atmosphere is nice and everyone is friendly enough, but the haircut left me with a complete mess that hardly looks better months after my appointment. My "layers" are horrible shelves that dry and almost give me bangs.. My hair is two different lengths on either side, no consideration of my curl pattern at all. I advise everyone with ringlets to steer clear.Service: Haircut
