Came here this week for the first time. I had a very bad experience at a different vet, and needed a new place to go. Found this place online was conveniently located basically 2 blocks from my house. I'll be honest, I had veterinarian PTSD. My dog was injured, I dropped 3k on him, they didn't fix the issue. Caused my dog to go deaf, wanted to do the procedure all over again, for another 3k less than a week later...
I said no, and took my dog home to die basically. Thinking the infection would take him out. He lived somehow, I eventually got the courage to try a different vet and thank God I picked this place.
As soon as I walk inside, greeted by a very friendly and nice gentleman.
The Desk people, the nurses, the vets. All top notch and very professional.
The vet and nurses handled my dog extremely well.
And I even left with both arms and legs after paying for it. I'm left thinking that my last veterinarian was actively over charging and over billing us.
I am very happy with my service and animals care. I have found my new Vet. And I am very grateful for them. I love my dog more than any human being on this planet. And they took care of him. They got us for life.

The staff was great. They followed up on several occasions to see how Lucy was doing. The facility was clean and bright with lots of room. We highly recommend VVH.

Fantastic facility! Great doctors and staff. Dr. O's knowledge, kindness, care, and compassion for animals is amazing and mirrored by the entire staff. This is the place that your pet has been looking for!

I was adopted by a stray cat and the Vinyard veterinary hospital has been so wonderful with her little health care journey. The front staff is always so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Drelich and the technician team are personable, knowledgeable and seem to really like our pets!. They have also cared for my aging chubby Chihuahua and made his little nervous self feel very comfortable. This is a great place to take your fur babies. I highly recommend

My two dogs were greeted by the staff who were very helpful.
The doctor was very though and informative on each dog. Our older
dog, Bella is 12 yrs old and still very active. She has a mass so we did blood work and the blood work was positive and she's coming back to get it removed and hopefully no other masses will be found.
Both doctor and technician were very hopeful about the surgery
Our other dog, Lili was found healthy and 52 lbs at 5.5 months old and given all her shots.

My Riley had an abscess and they got me in same day staff very caring He was a new patient. Dr Drelich was excellent very compassionate and knowledgeable. He took great care and I felt the cost was reasonable and fair.

I adopted my dog in January and she is pretty anxious when she is in new places. I had taken her to another vet in Temecula and I felt like the vet rushed through the appointment. I distinctly felt as if they did not want us to return. I read the positive reviews for Vineyard Veterinary Hospital, so decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did! I brought Bailey here to get her shots and to treat an ear infection a couple of months ago. Dr. O was so kind and patient, which put both of us at ease. Last Friday, I made a terrible mistake which led to Bailey being injured. I called in hysterics and the woman who answered the phone was so incredibly nice and was able to get us in right away. Again, Dr. O calmed me down and stitched Bailey up in no time. Bailey is healing nicely and is back to her rambunctious self. So thankful I found them!

Everyone from the assistants to the veterinarians were extremely welcoming and supportive of me and my 138 lb “pup.”
One thing that stood out was that they offered several ways for me to save on my dog’s treatments and preventative medications. No upselling. A very welcome and unexpected feature so often absent with other veterinary services in the area.
