I actually went in to get some coffee from the Starbucks inside and ended up wandering about the store. They have a fantastic selection of books, cool toys and other literary knick knacks. It was lovely to see kids actually studying and reading together. My coffee was perfect and my barista as charming as they come. It also happens to be conveniently located 50ft from a Tesla Supercharger. Win win all around ?

Update: One of the managers in the store gave me a refund.POOR Service at the cafe. They are normally extremely slow, but today's poor service is ridiculous. One person was in front of me in line told forever for the girl to take their order. I then notice the order was ready for the person in front of me so I go up. The person behind me is getting their drink before mine. Then when I ask the woman who was rude says I screwed up on yours I'm making it again. Took over 5 minutes to make a cappuccino? Awesome of her to touch the rims with her bare hands after wiping them on her apron super gross and unsanitary.I will not ever be purchasing anything from this cafe again. Then she makes the cap boiling hot so I can't even drink it. I ask them to remake it considering they are charging 5 bucks for a cap that tastes like crap.A male worker starts gas lighting me saying cappuccinos are always that hot. UM okay maybe in a place that doesn't know how to make them it is. I have been to numerous coffee shops and know what a good cap is this isn't it. This place is a hard pass! Also overcrowded with teenagers don't even get me started on people fooling around in the women's bathroom that is located right by the children's section. Poor service and poorly run. We love Barnes and Nobles. Always a great spot to meet with friends, family or even alone time. Coffee shop is NOT Starbucks but does serve Starbucks coffee. Make note of this as the coffee attendants are annoyed with the multiple questions about Starbucks points and app usage. Aside from their slight attitude, the store is always great and so many great seating spots!

One of the largest Barnes & Nobles I've personally visited. Not only for its size but wide selection of books I haven't seen carried in other branches.

This store is badly run. It's dirty and often really messy just like the homeless store in Marina dem Rey. The line is always long without any awareness of how to keep it moving or anyone paying attention to bring new people to the front to help out. The employees are more into talking with each other than in helping customers. I tried to ask the manager Charlene about a book but she was very flippant. The coffee shop staff is good though! The restrooms look like gas station restaurants did back in the 80s in Kentucky.I let Sharlene know two were overflowing and the tp was missing in the women's restroom and she went complete defensive and hit downright hostile.As a 15 year long, Barnes & Noble member, I certainly expected better reception and better service overall.

At same time don't even bother with online ordering and/or reserve in store/pay. Since still with the lack of coverage it's getting harder because of COVID. That's makes it even harder to leave stuff behind to be look at later. And/or that also includes next day. I mean if it's especially left in cafe, they take to put back, but in end is somewhere else. Then that leaves the one on a wild goose chase/s to just finding it/them after that. Including their phone customer service. When it comes trying understand one with a speech impairment as well. Maybe deaf impairment as well. When left there for day/night after all of that for that particular one. For home and/or little desert/night cap. Because their cafe also lacks coverage and/or no one knows how ask/make a proper drink. Even through they are a Starbucks independent carrier as well. The food part of there isn't greatest because their are shortages with that particular part/s as well.

Barnes and noble continues to be a shopping destination that is warm and inviting from the second you step in. The drinks and food are delicious and it's a great place to study or meet up with a friend. The service is always courteous and friendly and I challenge you to not be able to find something here for EVERYONE on your Christmas list. This location just doesn't disappoint with cleanliness, ambiance, and the amount of product they carry.

If you use a wheelchair or other mobility aids, you won’t be able to access half the store because they only have escalators and a single broken elevator. When I asked if there was another elevator or a way for disabled customers to get upstairs, I was told they’ve had a work order to fix the elevator in for awhile along with a *shrug* when I pointed out that it was therefore inaccessible.

One of the nicest Barnes & Nobles. Great magazine section and cute cafe. So happy they've been able to stick around. Customer service desk associates always helpful as are the cashiers. Great place to buy gifts for anyone.

There is absolutely nothing better than being able to sit in a quiet establishment surrounded by books of all genres. An added plus is that they have Starbucks within the bookstore. Just be mindful that the bookstore Starbucks does not accept the rewards program.
