We’ve been tenants of Westlake RV Storage for over seven years. We have multiple spaces; it’s a secure, clean, and friendly location. The on-site manager, Carrie, is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. Easy in anc out.I needed a short term spot to park my boat for a wedding at my house. They got me in for one month at a great price.Cory (?) even made me stop and helped me check my lights before I towed the boat home (which I had forgotten to do).Very nice guys.

Carey is amazing!I've been a customer for about 15 years, now with two trailers at the lot. Joyce, the owner and business manager, Neal, the lot manager, and Carey, the lot foreman have always treated me with amazing customer service. They not only accommodate my needs, but carefully watch out for my property. Security is excellent. This week, I was exhausted in the 105 degree heat and was having trouble backing my 28 ft trailer into my spot. Carey was busy but noticed my frustration and he walked over to see if I was OK. He politely asked if he could take the wheel and help. He got into the drivers seat and slipped my trailer into the spot, like a hand into a glove. It was perfection. I can't praise him highly enough and respect the value that he brings to the storage service. I'll be a customer for life.

Nicest and most helpful people. Cary and Neil made me feel welcome and are genuinely nice people. I needed a temporary store for my new RV and they came through. I hope when I get back from my trip there's a permanent spot available. They respond to text (I like texting), I feel like they have great security and an on site dump!

The best experience I have had with a representative of an RV storage facility! Cary was really friendly on the phone and I was looking forward to getting a spot since I have been searching for months so, I scheduled to meet him that day to deal the deal. I pulled up to the gate and called Cary as per the conversation we had. He let me in as he finished up with another customer. He quickly showed the customer to their spot and then had me go in the trailer to work with me on getting the paperwork done for our spot.We had a great conversation while reading the paperwork, setting up the Zelle payment (which I chose but could have done a check) and providing confirmation, and signing the paperwork. He was really patient with me, friendly, and efficient. We are so glad we will be storing our RV there and if we need anything, we are relieved we have a great contact to work with.I highly recommend Westlake RV Storage.

We're so happy to have gotten a spot at Westlake RV Storage. We love that it's centrally located and close to the freeway. The spaces are nicely marked, with room on each side. And the staff there is very courteous and helpful.

I have to say we recently got a space there but unfortunately found another one they were very nice about returning are money joyce called me and she was very nice about it very professional I would highly recommend this storage and Cary was super nice Also all and all great place

I rented from Westlake Rv Storage for over two years, and I had an incredible experience with the ownership, the managers, and the lot foreman. Five star experience, and really appreciated all of the help from Lot Foreman Cary who helped me get my RV up and running when it sat in the space too long! PS. The rates were very fair compared to other locations.

Joyce and Cari are the greatest. I can’t believe there setup. Really safe and affordable. When you first drive up in the gate you feel like your going into a resort. Any issues you have will be resolved immediately. Don’t go anywhere else!

And getting worse, everyone is fed up. Very dusty and dirty. Been there for 20 some years and the owner, in her infinite wisdom, hires another dirt bag to mess with your stuff. The owners choice of yard dogs, (boyfriends), is pretty bad. Every time I pulled in he either moved my stuff, piled stone in my way or broke something of mine. Now the big dummy is destroying the road going up the hill and making a mess. I do not know where she finds these people. Find somewhere else less hassle. The owner is an idiot. I caught him by my boat and later found a nail in my tire the next day. After being a 20 year good customer, I had enough of the stupidity.
